Great place to feel pampered

Property was beautiful and the dining was delicious.

The hotel is beautiful, the service/staff were exceptionally helpful and the property is breathtaking. Our room was lovely and had a great view of the mountains. The room and bathroom were decorated in tasteful elegance and made our stay a pleasure, only wished we stayed longer!

The staff were helpful during our weekend stay. Trolley drivers were quite knowledgeable about the grounds. Our room was clean and maintained during our stay. Room service was good but beverage covers for juices would have been preferred.

A wonderful stay, fabulous hotel with stunning views and landscape

The properties in and around the Biltmore are absolutely stunning! Our only one complaint is that they don’t have enough power outlets in the actual room. Nothing near your bed……

Great hotel for a weekend get away.

This place was amazing!

been at the biltmore many times but will not be back. Overcharged at the bar and told that the pricing wasn't updated. Had reservations at the dining room and asked if we could move from 6pm to 615pm since we were in the bar and told OK. went to the dining room at 615 and asked for a window seat which was unoccupied and told we would have to wait 15 minutes or so for the empty table. Left the dining room and went upstairs instead and waited 10 minutes for water to be delivered with only 2 tables occupied and decided we had had enough and left. When mentioned to the staff at checkout about these issues they said they were sorry and didn't even bother to have a manager involved. Very poor staff training all the way around. The good part was the housekeeping staff who were terrific.

Great place to visit diffidently want to return. Great staff friendly and knowledgeable about the property and tours.

The Inn at Biltmore Eatate exceeded our expectations by far in every area. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, our room was impeccably clean, spacious and comfortable and the food at the Inn’s restaurant was absolutely amazing! The free trolley service for guests was also super helpful and convenient. 5+ stars!!

3 different days. Everything else has been wonderful, hopefully they will get back to me soon.

Gotta be the most comfy bed ever!! Every area is especially clean. The staff is extremely hospitable. Can’t wait to be back

Beautiful grounds and great atmosphere

A beautiful place to enjoy the NC mountains. So many additional things to do on property by staying at the INN. Top notch service and a grand INN.

An enjoyable overnight stay in spite of the ongoing rain in the area. We were tired and did not use any amenities, but a massage was tempting. All the luxury you would expect. Notable- friendly, attentive, knowledgeable staff.
