Breakfast was simple, only boiled eggs.

Rooms were clean , staff was super friendly. Will be staying here again when I’m in Asheville.

Great place to stay !

Generally a good deal because of the breakfast which had one of the best selections for a complementary breakfast. As to the room it was generally clean. However the couch in our suite needed to be replaced and the ice maker in the room refrigerator didn’t work and the ice machine on the floor didn’t provide much ice. We ended up using the one on another floor. Lastly, despite being a good location, if you were looking to sleep much past 6 am you had to use the white noise machine provided. The loud traffic sounds started up at 6.

Great design for room, nice layout. Kitchenette, full sized coffee pot, hotel had small cooking appliances you could borrow for use in room. Really thoughtful. Noisy (nearby highway), carpet was wet & sticky (creepy because they allow pets), the room was a very cold (60°) when we arrived, and I didn't care for the open ended shower stall - it was cold having to leave the warmth of the water stream to get shampoo/soap on the back wall. It was clear the placement of the shower supplies was for the convenience of cleaning staff rather than the comfort of the guest showering. The tv didn't work (no maintenance staff working), they offered to let us change rooms but we were already settled & didn't want to move.

The bathroom exhaust didnt work so after 1 shower the bathroom was really steamy

Staff was very nice, very clean and the breakfast was great.

The staff on all shifts was engaging and helpful and kind.

The staff were so kind and helpful. The rooms are large and fully stocked for a long and comfortable stay, and the breakfast is excellent!!

Only problem encountered was that the coffee maker and noise machine in the room were non functional. Both were essential and missing in action. Otherwise the stay was great.

This was one of the most pleasant hotel stays I had experienced in a long time. Facilities are immaculate, staff is knowledgeable and helpful and it is a dog-friendly property. Areas to take the dog out were plentiful and felt very safe. I will not hesitate to stay here again. Unfortunately my husband said we cannot move in permanently.

Good, not the usual continental breakfast Softer beds

Breakfast was very good. Most all aspects of the room and facility was good. The bed was not comfortable. I think it was that the mattress was on a solid board. I do understand that the solid support helps keep the room clean and bug free but it didn't sleep well.

These hotels are consistently excellent. Being pet friendly put them over the top. When we need a stay for travel, the first thing we do is see if there is one in the area. The room size and full kitchen is perfect for our needs. Forget going out for breakfast. Their breakfast is restaurant quality and included with your stay.

There was plenty of room in our suite and it was Very clean and tidy; Cleaner than an air*nb we stayed at recently. The stay was enjoyable and it was too bad it was for only one night. Lol. An oddity though was they watered the fake flowers pots in front. Thought it funny. We would stay there again!

First of all, the lady at the front desk was really nice and offers bottles of water and that was great. The room was so spacious with a full kitchen, so clean. We really liked this hotel.

I really great place to stay. I good place to rest.
