Don't let them tell you the rooms are non-smoking. They're all smoking. The room was also infested with roaches. We turned around as soon as we walked into the room and found somewhere else to stay. I was highly discourage you from staying here.

Bed sucked. Hotel smelled of cigarettes and the other guest were super load and smoking at entrance of hotel

The AC stopped working around our second day, leaving the room hot, musty, and uncomfortable. A notice was later put on our door saying we had to leave while someone cleaned the AC with pressurized equipment. With my wife and child in the room and no definite day given for the work, I missed two days of work waiting for it. I saw roaches, found what appeared to be a pubic hair on a towel, and our bedding had cigarette burn holes. The hallways regularly smelled strongly of smoke, cooking, and other odors. Dogs barked frequently, and people above us were stomping around as early as 4 a.m. Police also came to the property multiple times during our week-long stay. I wasn’t expecting luxury just somewhere clean, safe, and reasonably comfortable for my family. Unfortunately, this wasn’t it, and I would not stay here again.

Nobody at the front desk after 11:00 p.m. so I couldn't complain to anybody

Nothing. It was dirty and hot. Customer service, smoke smell, gunk in the corners of the bedroom when we walked in.

Close to interstate

I was locked out of my room when I returned back from work at midnight and I was told by the third shift on-call staff that I would have to wait until first shift to come in so I stayed in my car

theres clean beds and friendly staff Theres nothing pool, no breakfast, the wifi didnt work.

The plastic on mattress, the sheets and bed sheets not breathable at all leading to my wife and I extremely low sleep scores. Not having a single lamp or wall mounted lamp by the bed is awful lighting for the room. Feels like basket ball gym lighting setup. Was ignored why manager was eating food until I shouted hello after standing around 10-15min. With no one insight. Then this hotel wanted photo IDs from all persons over 18 sleeping in the room. Never in my life has any establishment asked to scan mine and my wife driver licenses. Just terrible but did have high water pressure as a plus.

Hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke that eventually leaked into our room,. If you like the smell of cigarettes then it will not bother you.

Peaceful Stay

There was no one at the front desk after 11pm and we had to go find pay for another hotel

Room was fairly clean but overrun with cockroaches which tells me it is not very clean. The toilet was not attached to the floor.
