Loved the location!

Great location, clean large rooms, and easy check in. The television did not work and when we called the front desk in the evening only one person was available so could not assist. The breakfast was ample with powdered eggs and other processed items that I chose not to eat. I would stay there again and just avoid the breakfast.

The lady at check in was great.

I’d summarize this stay as basic and comfortable. No frills, but clean and the bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was not great. Disappointed. Watery eggs and way over done bacon. Beds very comfortable and love how close it was to everything. Will come back but skip the breakfast!

as to the tv remote which can be best described as a joke. impossible to function if you are lucky the l sir restaurant was. great are reasonable the sent outrageous and poor. they need to be realistic

No elevator, not enough parking ( I had to park in the street), no cups in the bathroom….

My husband enjoys the complimentary breakfast very much. We enjoy this dog friendly hotel in a warm wonderful town.

Cost is so much higher in the summer. TV was horrible.

Great location to Shakespeare Theatre and close to the park, restaurant and all other stores, gift shops. The breakfast was great and the area was very quiet and nice. The only thing might be mentioned that body washer and shampoo is so small to use with even 2 persons. Better be provided with enough quantities for reservated number of persons. Otherwise I loved to stay here with my son for Shaspeares performance.

Clean room, comfortable bed, excellent location. Breakfast is nothing special and not particularly fresh. Daily housekeeping is much appreciated.

Our family stays here every year because of the quaintness of the hotel, the lovely path up to the main plaza area, and the good service we receive.

There is one hot tub, which is fine. However, the photo of the "Sun Terrace" on the website "Service and Amenities" webpage clearly shows two hot tubs. Again, not a big deal, but it is misleading. Breakfast was not great. Lots of prepackaged foods. Our room was great - quiet and clean.
