Reviews
-
Proximity to center of town, restaurants and theaters. The price! Very expensive for what you got.
-
The property location is really convenient and walkable to the park and downtown! The furnishings are dated and a bit rundown. Staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was lackluster. Overall, an easy one night/quick stay for convenience.

Very good

Very good for walking Mainstreet and to the Theaters.

The best thing about the property was at location to downtown Ashland, Lithia, Park and Theatre and restaurants. I grew up in Ashland, so I was very familiar with hotel and I know it’s been at this location for several decades. The room was clean and updated. The one thing that was a little bit weird in the room was the bed quilt, which was a nylon fabric that was so slippery, It just slid off of the bed during the night and was hard to navigate.
-
The duvet is ridiculous and constantly falls in the floor at night otherwise no complaints
-
A lovely stay for a family reunion and a good breakfast for our day on the PCT.

Location to the Shakespeare Festival and shops Room was musty, AC was loud, breakfast was minimal
-
Good breakfast--eggs, sausage, pancakes in spite of being called "continental". There was no place with a table anywhere available to play a game, except by the pool which was poorly lit after dark. Also, the pool was closed for repairs.

Exceptional

They need to invest in fitted sheets for the bed. Otherwise loose flat sheet on bottom just bunch up so you can't sleep.
-
A very nice and comfy place. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great for downtown access. We enjoyed it!
-
Location because it is close to most restaurants and OSF venues. We arrived, parked the car and didn't have to use it again until we left. I did like the pancake machine at breakfast. The wifi was spotty - sometimes it was nonexistent. Arriving for late breakfast (at 9 am with a 9:30 closing time) meant items were out. Although I did ask for yogurt and the attendant was good about getting one for me, but they didn't restock. There were lots of bread options but only apples as a fruit option.

Needs remodel

Upstairs floors sleek making it hard to sleep.
-
Comfortable mattress, good location No shower curtain. We asked to have one installed, but it never happened. Curtains did not open and close well. Food mediocre.

Breakfast is below standards).
