Clean but kind of getto.. Man sleeping in lobby obviously drunk. Rv didn’t work and asked for help twice. No one ever came

The hotel appears to be based on minimal amenities for a reasonable price. The staff was welcoming and assisted in solving a minor problem, quickly and efficiently. The initial impression upon reaching the hallway to my room, was some trash on the floor, which also appeared that the carpet had not been vacuumed recently. There was a cart at the end of the hallway, so I figured the items would be corrected. The next day, the same items were still in place. The room was mostly clean, with exception of the ice dumped in the bathroom sink. One towel, one washcloth, one small bar of soap, one cup, and a small shampoo bottle. The room had a full sized refrigerator, microwave, and stove top. There are no other kitchenware provided, which includes glasses, pots, nor hand soap. The room does have a nice sized television, small desk space, and a comfortable corner chair. The bed was firm and comfortable for me, but the pillows are not very supportive. The flooring is without carpeting. The room did have a great air conditioner and control panel, which definitely could put a good chill in the air. There is one elevator. This location is good for a one or two night stay.

It is a very busy place....displaced famlies ?, recovering patients?, out of town work crews, trucks, boats, etc fill the parking lot. No smoking within 25 feet of the building but a huge ashtray ( and a crowd) next to the rear exit door. Attractively designed, but understaffed. Hallways had multiple pet spots/stains. Late nights and early mornings the hallways and elevator can be quite dirty. Over priced for the existing condition of the property.

The bed was nomore than a spring cot. And the smell was horrible on the pillows like if someone else slept on them. There was no soap, shampoo... nothing. And all the yelling from the people that are there, which it looks like they may live there. Idk but I was very disappointed.

Stains on mattress cover, stains on the floor, a lot of dust under bed, no soap shampoo in bathrooms, toothpaste spit on sink faucet and backsplash. And also dog barking in someone’s room.

Well kept considering I didn't know pets were allowed in any room but I still felt unease. Pets were allowed in any room. Dead bolt wouldn't engage with the slot in door frame. I could only use the secondary locking unit. Had to request technical support accessing my room Wi-fi.

Don't drink the water. Otherwise a solid place to stay. There is a Bass Pro shop with a sit down restaurant inside right next to the hotel.
