Too much cold in the room. 14 degrees ☃️

Great location for shopping or going on trips to destinations west or north of milan. Old furniture, AC didn’t work, self-serve luggage, mold was on multiple spots in the bathroom and around the window.

    It was clean, big room.

The WIFI was slow. Too much perfume in the room.

The staff were helpful but considering the hotel was full due to the Olympics, there were not enough people working. The furniture was dated. The furniture in the lobby was Shaby. The food in the bar nonexistent. Workers in the hotel were wonderful. You just got the feeling that there wasn’t any money being put into the hotel by management.

The hotel is located next to the Unipol Forum arena, which was extremely convenient for us to watch the Olympic Games event and have a late night stay. I have never met such a grim receptionist before: a lady never attemted a smile, mechanically spewed out instructions, and after the initial greeting failed to glance at us again. Breakfast was mediocre. The bathroom could be cleaner: there was quite a lot of hair on the floor from previous guests. During the Olympics, the price of accommodation was raised insanely.

In the bathroom there were long black hairs everywhere, including the towels

the breakfast was not up to expectations especially for such a prestigious hotel.

  • Engine customer Aug 2025

very good hotel only 5 mins walk to the concert we wanted to go

  • Engine customer Jul 2025

The room was big enough, was pleasing to the eye and the bed very comfortable as well. There were constant problems with the bathtub leaking, the extra blanket we requested was removed after they cleaned the room, and the air conditioning was just permanently set on “fan” mode and was not doing much in the hot weather.

This was a very posh hotel not long ago, but it seems, its remote and highly specialized location (a sport and concert arena nearby) has taken its toll. You'll still have a fantastic experience there. Those interiors are something to behold - I've never seen walls covered in fabric. Everything is so well fitting together. However, it's all a bit dated. You can clearly see that the budget doesn't allow for proper management of all this poshness. Broken thing here, chipped decoration there, improperly closed technical access lid there - and so on. The AC seems to be in some sort of economy mode, so it's somewhat toasty during the day - around 24-24.5 C. Oh, and that covered parking area... Well, it's all really convenient, but not that representative anymore. Don't get me wrong, you'll still enjoy your time there, the staff is really nice, hard working and attentive. The atmosphere is still there. The breakfast is just ok, but I don't think it's disappointing. There's a metro station nearby, and a shopping centre 15 minutes of walking away. And most importantly - Unipol Forum (or whatever its name in the future) just outside. All in all, me and my family would definitely stay there, if we are to visit Unipol Forum again. Feels like the hotel needs maintenance asap. Broken decorative glass panels in one of the elevators, dirty, worn out and improperly closed technical access ceiling hatches in the room. Somewhat dirty and unmaintained covered parking - some puddles, broken machinery noise (maybe that was the problematic AC?), dilapidated passage corridor from there to an elevator room. As if you're in some sort of construction area. Other small things here and there. As I've already mentioned, the AC was in economy mode or something, the room's temperature in the evening stayed at 24-24.5 C despite setting it to 17 C and full blower force. That probably was the most disappointing thing.

  • Engine customer May 2025

Breakfast was not good. Overal 4*hotel felt moor like 3,

  • Engine customer May 2025

The hotel is quite old, and the air conditioning wasn’t working despite the hot weather. When we mentioned this at reception, we were advised to open the window. However, doing so let in many bugs and mosquitoes. The breakfast was OK.

We practically went there to have a shower and to sleep because we were there for the 21 pilots concert at the Unipol forum which is 5 mins away from the hotel. We had not time for breakfast because we had to leave very early in the morning but the staff provided us with a packed small breakfast. Room and facilities were excellent. Friendly receptionists. Nothing.
