Welcome kit for first breakfast (not included in the offer). Friendly approach of the owner, very kind and detailed explanations. Comfortable room. Location close to San Damiano and Assisi, it's a short walk (but the road is rising) Really near to perfection.

We liked the place, our room was spacious, and we had a comfortable bed. Our host was amazing with many useful advice. The Wi-Fi connection signal was weak in our room, but it is a very minor issue.

Location was very close to Assisi, but in a very peaceful setting with a beautiful view. Giulio was a very welcoming host and offered great travel advice. He was easily available for help.

For us the location was perfect. We enjoyed the peace and walking to the old town. It is however quite steep so be prepared. Our host Giulio was very obliging and offered to take us to the train station on our departure. I’m sure he would take you to the top as well. Nothing

Guilio was an excellent host & gave us rides up the hill & recommendations on restaurants, the closet market. The room & grounds were quiet, clean & restful. A cut above in service!

Very nice and quiet location and the windows darken the room during the day enough where you can sleep during the day. Really updated with nice views. The host, Giulio, was very hospitable and will pick you up anywhere in the city. The soap provided is really small.
