right in the historical center but outdated

Lovely place with great views. The connection with the restaurant was great. No complaints

I didn’t know we had to turn on the AC using a remote (which was upside in my room) so I didn’t get to really enjoy the cooler air.

Location was very convenient to all the sites. Room was comfortable. Breakfast included. No complaints

The bathrooms had mold, there was someone else’s hair in the room, bugs inside, and the whole place had an overwhelming disinfectant smell that made it feel even worse. The rooms were clearly not being properly cleaned. We had to leave due to hotel conditions. They promised to issue a refund and never did, which is honestly consistent with the level of this place. Be very careful.

Great view and friendly staff. Very helpful. It would have been helpful to have transport and arrival options given to me since it was my first time planning the journey. But the staff once there was very helpful.

Location and the very nice view from the balcony in our bedroom. Breakfast was very good and the hostess was very nice also. None.

Location The room i requested was described as city view, few steps, single room. My room had a window overlooking a courtyard were people smoked and to get to the room there were 2 ways to arrive : through the restaurant: 39 steps or through the street : about the same amount of steps. The bathroom had water on the floor when i arrived that the person at the reseption came to clean

Perfectly located near the main square and good restaurants. Also, directly between the 2 major basilicas. Staff were kind and always available. Raffaello and Maha were so kind to carry my luggage upstairs as I am nursing a fractured ankle. Of course the view was amazing!! Will be back! I was in the room at the very top of the building so the bathroom had a very sloped ceiling. Fine for me as I am on the shorter side. If one is tall I would suggest another room.

Breakfast was amazing. Staff were friendly. Location is central. Rooms are tiny with nowhere to unpack. Tiny bathrooms. Incredibly loud with the hotel restaurant. We checked out two days early and stayed at another property.

Staff is friendly. Location is nice. Fair value for money. No parking nearby. Car should be authorised to get into the zone. Beds are not solid and conformable. Not so clean.

Room was a bit small and the hotel is somewhat outdated.

Excellent breakfast. The views were nice. It was near enough to the places we wanted to go. Absolutely zero parking, we probably spent 90 minutes of our two days walking to and from the parking lot. But that’s Assisi for you. Our room was a 10’ x 10’ box with a toilet, but all we did was sleep there. Four of us shared the room somewhat comfortably.

Beds were a little hard. A/c not too strong
