The room was huge with lots of storage space and a little fridge. Plus Laura let me do my laundry which was so nice. There was no place to get ice. The location is right off the main square but I didn’t receive proper directions and our taxi let us off at the line where cars are prohibited. We walked 30 minutes up and down steps to get there. Better directions from the bnb are necessary. The location is great once you get there.

A dream property for my husband and my needs! Steps away from all the Assisi attractions. Don't miss out on this gem! We had no problem having the toilet and bedroom upstairs. This place cannot be useful for people with mobility.

Laura was a fabulous host! She gave us information, and was so flexible and kind. She really made me feel at home. Our room was great, spacious, and very very clean, and the church bells nearby were a treat for me. This place is close to the main square and near everything important, like great pizza. Breakfast every morning was lovely, but really the best part about the place is the kindness of Laura. It was a little difficult to find the first time but once we understood how to navigate Assisi it was fine. Laura was exceptionally patient in teaching up how to open the door with the key ?

Location to the piazza Breakfast did not have much variety. No fresh fruit.The egg in bread was delicious but not enough.Bread was not fresh.

Just stunning - beautiful room, lovely owner and a perfect stay. Nothing at all!

Location, location. Breakfast. Climbing the steps from the front door to the main floor is quite challenging for us 60-year-olds while carrying our luggage. Would have been nice to have someone younger to help with the luggage. Bathroom is a bit small, not enough room to store toiletries.

My stay at La Zuppa was perfect. Location was near all points of interest and was very walkable. The accommodations were very well appointed and comfortable. Everything about La Zuppa above expectations. I would definitely recommend La Zuppa for a stay in Assisi.

Clean, nice breakfast, the host is very sweet, we felt at home. I loved the sounds of bell coming from the church tower near us. It’s very near Piazza Comunale and Basilica Santa Chiara. You can take a tour bus right there at the Piazza. It’s a little tricky to arrive there, ladder and stairs, but it’s worth it.
