Very good breakfast and wonderful server. The hotel is located up many steps, a problem with luggage. The bathroom design was narrow so when ok the toilet knees are pushing into the shower curtain.

A historic medieval inn! Great view from 3rd floor rooftop lookout. As long as one can climb stairs, it's easy to get to. Quiet and just off the main street below. Great breakfast and restaurant for dinner. Owners are friendly and caring! Perhaps put a sign at the bottom of stairs with an arrow up for directions!

The location is great but people should be warbed they have to climb LOT ov very steep steps hauling theit luggage. The hostess spoke no English and we had trouble communicating when we needed a taxi called. We had to book it ourselves online. See above

A very helpful staff of one. She was professional and efficient. Location was close to many sights that interested us, but too many steps to climb to reach it. Room on an upper floor- bad for more “mature” guests. Property location at a very high location that was only reached after climbing 4 flights outdoors. Bed was not comfortable.

We loved the vibe and ambiance and cleanliness of the hotel, the proximity of the hotel to St Carlo Acutis' entombment as well as all the already well known attractions such as the Basilica of St Francis and St Claire. The tourist information office is also very close by. I loved that there were so many restaurants with very good food close by. The included breakfast in the hotel was awesome! We also liked that we could take public transportation to get to the hotel. It would have been nice if the description disclosed that because the hotel is located in the historic setting of the town there are many steps leading up to the entrance of the hotel. We would have understood and could have planned accordingly and brought all our stuff in our backpack instead of bringing a roller bag. 76 steps up to the entrance which is past their restaurant and then another set of stairs up to our room.
