Me gustó mucho mucho. La locación es espectacular estás muy cerca de todo caminando. El parking no te queda lejos pero toma en cuenta que es difícil manejar por el área Buen desayuno, limpio, amables

An amazing staay

The staff was exceptional. They went out of their way to help us with parking, getting a taxi, restaurant recommendations and they were extremely nice. The hotel is in a very good location. It is very clean. It's an interesting building. Lovely rooms. The bathroom was small, but it wasn't a problem. The tile was beautiful.

Hotel il Palazzo was spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful in answering my questions on the town. The hotel was in a super location, very close to the Basilica di San Francesco. Nothing

Clean, Comfortable, Great Breakfast, Great Location. They made us feel totally welcome. No complaints at all.

I loved our stay! Staff was super helpful when we couldn’t figure out the AC, and the front desk helped us call a taxi to get to the train when uber wasn’t working! She saved the day! Thanks for a great visit! AC didn’t work at first, but was a quick fix by talking to the front desk.

The host was wonderful and helpful The room was so clean and the beds were comfortable as well as the shower being delightful.

The staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have any problems to communicate in English. The breakfast was simple but fresh and good. The room had everything we needed (minibar, safe, TV, desk, kettle, etc.). In terms of location, it was perfect for exploring the city, which is definitely one of the most beautiful cities in Italy. The only negative points were that the AC didn’t work properly and the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

We loved the location and the room itself. The staff were so kind and welcoming as well, which made us feel well cared for. The hotel is separated into two wings, and the winding hallways made everything so quiet. Our AC was able to blow right onto the bed, which made sleeping blissful for an American. My only gripe is the breakfast setup. The hotel is in a gorgeous location with really excellent bars and bakeries around, and they are charging $14 per person, per day for a Holiday Inn continental breakfast. If you drink enough espresso and have enough pastries, it pays for itself, but even that can get tough.

The location was phenomenal and Andrea was the best- helpful and courteous! I loved it at Hotel II Palazzo and will definitely like to come back.

Excellent location. So close to the S Francisco Basilica which is an easy walk down the street. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff so friendly. Was able to leave our bags and walk the streets.

We loved the view from our room. The panoramic of the countryside of Assisi is magnificent. It is centrally located and could walk out the door and be in the heart of the action. The breakfast was outstanding and the room accommodations were very nice. Fabio was of great help when trying to park our car etc. It is a bit difficult to get to when traveling by personal car. We ended up getting to the hotel but it was very stressful for us Americans. Once we unloaded our luggage - Fabio helped us navigate to the parking area and we were ready to tackle Assisi on foot. Wonderful hotel if you like to be in the hustle and bustle.

What a relief! After door codes going astray, which I blame largely on Booking.com, we're received by live people at a hotel desk, who smile at us, hand us keys, and can do things like ordering taxis in Italian. This one-night experience convinced us to stick as much as possible to hotels like this in the future, that is to say independent (non-chain) hotels staffed by local people! We were given a superb room at the Hotel Il Palazzo, partly, no doubt, because we booked for a space for three people although, in the event, we were only two. (One person had to cancel at the last minute.) Everything was very clean and very comfortable, and we even had a little veranda, not used because it was raining. Breakfast was not included in our booking, but we decided to order it, and it was just fine, including top-quality espresso. Some people are still committed to civilized behavior. Enjoy it while you can! There was nothing about this hotel that we didn't like. Thank goodness such places still exist.

Wonderful location and nice staff. The view of the valley from the room we had, as others have commented, was special. I'd book there again.

Its location is perfect. Our room had a fabulous view of the valley below. The room was spacious and very well appointed. Breakfast was excellent! All staff members were welcoming and helpful. No issues.

My husband and I enjoyed staying two nights at Hotel Palazzo in Assisi. The location was perfect for sightseeing and walking the streets for restaurants and shopping! My husband cannot walk too far, so this central location was good for his mobility limitations. We appreciated the elevator in the hotel for him. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was well-laid out, and the room was quiet with a good view of the city below. We greatly enjoyed the included breakfast. The staff were kind and friendly. Perhaps the step near our room 302 could have been a ramp instead--we missed seeing it a few times and nearly took a tumble.
