Perfect location. Clean. Wonderful breakfast in the morning. Amazing hosts! They were very accommodating to my schedule due to train delays. Also, they booked a restaurant reservation for me. Very kind. I will be back! Assisi is a MUST see…and you must stay at B&B New Day.

It was very close by Cathedral St Francis B&B aren't my first choice,but this one was great!

Located deep in Assisi, this B&B is close to the major attractions and opens onto the ring alley road through town. Comfortable and easy going we loved our stay. Breakfast was exceptionally well done, we were well looked after. The only downside is the narrow spiral staircase from the ground floor to the 2nd floor room. So your big bags will give you grief.

The property was in excellent condition, good size bedroom for 3 of us, large bathroom and so immaculately decorated. Location couldn’t be better, just a few minutes stroll from Basilica San Francesco and generally quiet. You can hear the birds sing before sunrise. Nothing.

The location close to the Basilica of San Francisco was excellent. The host was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with air-conditioning, albeit a noisy one. The very tight spiral staircase was difficult to negotiate. Anyone with any leg strength or balance issues would have great difficulty getting their luggage up and down. The shower was in a tub with high sides and no grab bars. If you take the bus from the Train station, it is a long and hilly walk from the dropoff point to the hotel.
