The location- practically next door to St. Francis of Assisi church. What we came to see. No one at the reception desk except at breakfast time The shower room was extremely small. I kept hitting my behind on the cold shower curtain. No fresh fruit at breakfast time No refrigerator in the room

Host was super nice and the breakfast was good. Great location right next to the Basilica San Francesco and close enough to overnight parking. The bed was comfortable enough and the staff were very nice. Assisi is amazing! Rooms were small and the bathroom had an odor/foul smell coming from the drains. Otherwise, it was okay for a short stay.

Directions to the parking lot was not so clear and driving through the crowded street (filled with pedestrians) was harrowing. There was no reception on duty and no place to stop to drop off the luggage. The room was very small and "dated" and needs an overhaul.

Nice staff, great location, just what I needed for my pilgrimage visit to Assisi.

Beds were hard. No A/C - No way to get outside air. Felt like a dungeon. Room had zero sunlight and a very dim fan light.

Great location, 2 min walk to Saint Francis church. Easy walk through the rest of town. Lovely bar next door. Plumbing odours, resolved eventually. Fair bit of noise from street below.

Perfect location, just next to St Francis Church. Small breakfast and good coffee. Easy check in, with the door code.

There was no staff on site when we stayed at the hotel. Staff came in the second morning to collect a cash tax payment, which I was not aware I owed.

The location was very nice, I mean, you can’t be at both sides of the town at the same town, I’ve been staying by Piazza Del commune I the past, but I really enjoyed being so close to St Francis, it looks stunning at night and was a real gift go for Laudes and visit the tomb at 6:45 am when it was completely alone. Breakfast was a very basic Italian Breakfast but really good quality. And Martha, the kind woman who helped us with breakfast was very sweet and hard working lady, all the details were taken care of. Well, the rooms are in the small size and the insulation is not the best, but the good was much better .
