We loved our window view overlooking the Papal Basilica. Room was perfectly clean and plenty of linens, etc. Breakfast was delicious and plenty for our family. Rooftop terrace had amazing view. Chapel very beautiful. Easy walking access to all of Assisi. Quiet location and great views. Hope to be back again some day. The only thing that could've been improved was the shower size. And this is really just nitpicking if I have to ask for improvements. The rest of the room and bathroom were comfortable size and cleanliness, just wish the shower stall was a little larger. Nonetheless, good enough as is. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent location, staff was very kind, nice breakfast included, loved the chapel on the 3rd floor. This is a great place to stay in Assisi! Everything was great!

Our stay was quite nice, the room somewhat too simple but the VIEW fantastic. The staff very nice and helpful.. ☀️

Pretty close to San Francis church. Awesome terrace for dinner and the view is wonderful! Nothing !! Everything was simple but perfect !

Beautiful & calm, an oasis. You are steps away, downhill, to the Basilica. There is also a church and big terrace for contemplation. Hard to find but google maps is very good. You can pay for hotel parking or park right outside Porte San Giacomo and walk down.

The breakfast was good Well the walls could have been painted maybe a TV in the room could have helped and most of all finish all the patches on the wall. And why are there water and soda machines everywhere that you can’t get into on your own and when all staff leaves at 11pm there is no chance of getting anything to drink

The 5th floor terrace overlooks St Francis Bascilica. Sundown with a cold drink is the best. Every thing was fine. No problems.

The hotel is as close as you can get to the basilica making it easy to visit the site before groups arrive. The rooms are very clean and spare in a very lovely way. The views from the windows of the town and Umbria are wonderful. We didn’t take advantage of dinner on the top patio but it smelled delicious. The young blond receptionist was particularly sweet and helpful. They have a small amount of parking onsite. Driving in the hilltop town isn’t for the faint of heart especially with a midsize to larger car so recommend parking below town and hiring a taxi to bring you to hotel. Husband liked the challenge though! This in no way should deter one from staying here.

This was such a lovely place we cancelled a day in another Umbrian town and stayed an extra day in Assisi.

Location- 3 mins walk from Basilica st andrea Be prepared to walk uphill if you dont have a car
-
Very confusing arriving, it could be better marked.

I like everything.

Our location couldn't have been better. The hotel, a former Monastery, is a few steps from the St. Francis Cathedral. There are multiple terraces for viewing the Cathedral and the hotel has a private garden that also offers views. Everyone on the staff was extremely helpful. Having reserved gated parking in a city as crowded as Assisi was invaluable. As a former monastery the rooms cam be small, dated and stark, but a small inconvenience compared to all the pluses this hotel offers

very relaxing and i love it they have a chapel inside the hotel. very recommended for those who wants to enjoy Assisi.
-
Relatively small rooms but still excellent value for money.

The breakfast and location were very good, we could see the Basilica of St Francis from our room. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were also nice, clean, and beds comfy.

The hotel was great. Hard to find, but once we figured that out, we were very happy. It is very close to the Basilica of Saint Francis, which is why we were there. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options and provided with the room. Parking was 1/2 mile walk outside the city walls.

Room was very small with minimal provisions

I loved everything!! The simplicity, the quietude, the location invites you to profound inquiries. Perfect for every seeker of the divine. The room was perfectly cleaned being checked daily that everything is fine. The face towels changed daily. Breakfast was generous and the personal was very attentive every single morning, that nothing misses. Isabella from the reception provided me with all the information that I might need. When I would be returning to Assisi, I know for sure this would be the place to stay.

Absolutely beautiful view from everywhere and you couldn’t get a better location. Assisi is a great stay and we were able to make it by foot everywhere from the hotel. Absolutely recommend
