Parking, parking. Hotel offered private parking is too far; Owner/manager was not responsive to our question

It was conveniently located to the entrance wall of Assisi. The owner was very nice and very accommodating. We were to retrieve the key at a location different from where we would be staying. The address of where to retrieve the key was incorrect. Fortunately, a nearby shop owner knew about this rental unit along with knowing the owner and graciously walked us to the correct location to retrieve the key. The name of the store in addition to the address (and perhaps a photo of the store front) would have been very helpful. The directions to the location of our rental unit were terrible. They seemed straightforward when we were receiving them but they didn't match reality. The map provided was blurry so you couldn't read any of the street names and the roads on the cartoon map did not mimic the way the roads actually went. Nothing was to scale which wouldn't have been a problem if we could read the street names. The map didn't need to be in color - it needed to be readable. The shower was luke-warm at best.

Nicely decorated Poorly stocked with many items. Only four thin towels, tiny space to put garbage, inadequate instructions for self-serve items.

Constructive feedback: the way to the room could be explained better.

This bed and breakfast was super cozy and perfect for what our needs were to celebrate our anniversary. The hosts were amazing and were able to prepare a breakfast for us while we were there. The calmness and sereness of the city was also felt in this BB. I would have liked to have just a little more table space in the room on top of the dresser unit that was there for our things. And although having a fob to keep the electricity on is a great idea, there were times where it was difficult to keep the lights on if the fob was slightly moved out of place. Also, the breakfast was good in our own designated place for the stay with our own place settings within the kitchen, but it seemed like the utensils were not washed after each use.

very good and very nice place

The location and the comfort - it was quite windy and cold (even for hearty New Englander) that there was plenty of heat in the room. The owner/Staff was so helpful and responded to any question in timely manner! Should have stayed longer!

Great location, a couple of minutes from the basilica There’s no double-glazing and one room is directly on the street. Take earplugs with you! The A/C unit upstairs is very loud

I liked everything there, the roon is very cute,, the bed was very confortável, the location is perfect, breakfast was delicious, there is a bus spot in front of it, the b&b is 3 minutes by walking the church, there loads restaurants and cafes around. They are very friendly and helpful people. ? I think it can be nice if they have a small fridge inside the roon, to keep the drinks and fruits cold, because Assis is very very hot in July. I got 38°c there.

Nice apartment and good location in Assisi. The pickup of the keys is at the different location, which is generally no problem but by car in Assisi it is a nightmare, because you have to drive through the narrows streets of the city center full with people first for the key, then to the apartment and then to the parking slot. The apartment is nicely decorated, but it is even too much. There is almost no space to put your stuff on a table or shelf, everywhere is deco. The breakfast was well-presented but very few and absolutely not typical. I booked a room with air condition for 3 people. We received two rooms, but only in one was AC, the other one was extremely hot, with a small window, which did not help at all and was looking to the street, so it was even loud.
