Mosquitoes by the pool Wish the staff spoke English

Family run hotel and staff are all friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great you won't complain about the pricing for food and wine. We were there for 3 days and ate our evening meal (and one lunch) in the restaurant. Samwell and Tatiana were lovely and looked after us very well. Ample parking and hotel 20 minute walk to Assisi or 5 minutes by car to the nearest car park. Perugia a easy half hour drive. Pool is great.

Staff was very unfriendly. Restaurant was horrible. We ate lunch in arrival and breakfast the next .morning. Both meals were bad. Room and halls were filled with mosquitos. Also know beforehand there is no elevator. Incredibly small shower.

Amazing staff and the restaurant is very authentic excellent Italian food. On Thursday and Friday night they have seafood which is superbly cooked and the pizza and pasta is exceptional the breakfast would be improved by offering omelettes

The dinner was delicious but it was very basic for breakfast, not a lot to choose from. Pool was great could do with a poolside snack bar. The noise of the chairs and tables being moved around above us started from 5/5.30 am it was very annoying and woke us up every morning!!

The location is perfect. The restaurant is really good for dinner or lunch. The pool was really great and clean. The breakfast could be better (very few non-sweet options), if I had it before I tried dinner, I'd have avoided it.

Breakfast ok, no cooked food other than hard boiled eggs. Good coffee. Restaurant popular for dinner- very good and friendly staff. Nice location if you don't mind being out of town. Swimming pool very nice feature, terrace off dining room with beautiful views. Room was small with view of parking lot. Other rooms had nicer views, but I heard uncomfortable beds, so I stayed in mine where bed was very comfortable.
