Its beautiful, clean ,modern, safe, convenient and perfect I messaged the property repeatedly in booking.com and they never told me how to get in. they dont have parking although there are public car parks around. They said someone will meet you but they don't do that either. In the end, they left a paper on the door with a phone number which I had to waste money on an international call. They told me they whats app messaged me and from then on it was amazing For heavens sake, why wouldn't you tell me that all the times I asked. So frustrating, stressful and expensive. After receiving the message everything was wonderful. Easy to get in, highly responsive, amazing stay. Here's they key, check what's app!

Great location, quaint room Not very sound proof. Staircase and doors are loud in the hallway.

Location is good at the top of Assisi right at the bus station. Sits right on top of Roman amphitheater and even our room had ruins within. Go to Nun Assisi Spa next door. Day pass is $75 and well worth it. Nice patio to enjoy garden, but no patio furniture. Had dust and cobwebs in the corners. AC almost non existent. Kitchen chairs from ikea wobbly. Only supplied 4 nespresso pods for coffee for 4 days and 2 people. You have to buy more at the store if you want but couldn’t find a store that stocked that size.

There was rain over night while we were there. Our time ended up flooding once overnight and again in three morning. The water covered the floor from the door to the back wall and blocking the entry to the bathroom. The water smelt awful. It was a very unpleasant evening. Unfortunately nothing has been done yet to compensate for this.

A beautiful characterful room which was immaculate. Well laid out. Great location for us. Close to route C bus. We found there was no blackout so it was too light to sleep well for us. Exacerbated by a very noisy party at the back. Didn’t really like sachet soaps!

Everything was very clean, good quality baths with all the necessarry items. A calm place and even a terrace which we unfortunately did not use due to our short stay. Very good bed, eventhou a bit short for people over 1,9m. I would prefer to have some basic kitchen items as salt, sugar, coffee because if one stays just shortly there, it is crazy to buy these things just for 1 meal or so.

Newly renovated with old original brick and beam charm. Bed mattress very firm. No staff onsite. Door lock difficult. No shelf in shower to hold items.

Very comfortable and great location

The most comfortable bed I have slept in booked accomodation. An oasis in a very special town. Shall I say its a little pricey for a room ?

Beautiful room, luxurious materials. Possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Bit pricey and an iron would be good.
