Beautiful charming courtyard, in the heart of old town, each room was beautifully decorated especially the shower and bathrooms!

Unfortunately the wifi in our room wasn’t working and technician couldn’t get there during our stay. We were able to connect when in the breakfast room.

The charm, quiet, security, staff,comfortable bed Mirror in living area and the mirror in the bathroom is tarnished which made it harder to put in contacts. Lie chair was really short to get up and down out of. Would have liked a small table to write on

Exceptional

Super nice and cozy Italian breakfast, prepared by a wonderful lady. Perfect location. Some dust under the bed

Beds were good, room design quite efficient. Vanentina, who made breakfast was very welcoming and pleasant. This is not a hotel. There is no staff was present upon arrival and you have to find a code for gate and different one for room. Room very small and bathroom very small. Courtyard that you needed to go through to access "hotel" had zero lighting at night and was a hazard when returning in the dark after dinner. Without a flashlight it would have been impossible.

Charming property in a great location. On a picturesque lane, with a quaint breakfast room, everything was just perfect. Easy to walk everywhere, just be ready for the hills and steps! I loved Assisi, very spiritual and peaceful. I hope to go back someday.

This B&B was beyond my expectations. Perfect central location. Beautiful, spacious, and charming rooms. Delicious breakfast with the wonderful Valentina serving. Responsive and gracious owner Daniela. Very reasonable price. And less than a minute away from the best gelato in town! Having visited Assisi in the past, I can’t imagine any better place to stay. I have nothing negative to say.

Staff were helpful and friendly. We booked 3 rooms for 1 night. The one advertised room for a family that is located on the ground floor (which may have once been a cellar) was very damp (walls were wet) & smelt of mould because of the dampness. We should have asked for another room as we didn’t enjoy our stay unfortunately.

Very cozy, well appointed and spacious flat in a convenient location for exploring Assisi. Lovely homemade breakfast with croissants and cakes. The staff was kind and very helpful with recommendations and general pre-arrival info. The wifi in the room was sometimes patchy (however, it worked well in the common areas)

Exceptional

Nice breakfast, clean, good location. It would be nice to have a small fridge and bigger trash can, but no big deal.

Location: excellent. The host tried to make amends for the lack of an internet by inviting us to breakfast, but were very disappointed none the less. Very limited storage. Would have liked to have had a small refrigerator. Basic things like a dresser, toilet paper from the wall, not on the sink. A shelf or two for toiletries. For the four days we were there, the internet was unavailable.

Superb

The location was great. Very close to St Claire’s basilica.and restaurants. I was in the loft, adjacent to the main building ,so it was very private. I had no problem with no TV but if I were staying for more than one night, then I would def want one to watch the news. Also, was never given a wifi password and my signal was weak probably due to the stone walls.

The hot water never ended up working for the shower. But the cold shower woke us up :)

Cosy, comfortable, homely, the room was beautiful and clean. Close to Assisi town centre. Hosts were very friendly and kind.
