Great location , clean, great staff , and very good breakfast A tough time with the air conditioner and pillows a bit stiff

Air conditioning not sufficient. Shower awkward and quirky to use. Parking far away with lots of stairs to get to hotel.

What a charming hotel! The location was excellent, and my room on the top floor had a gorgeous view of one of the churches, plus the balcony had a view of the castle. Nice breakfast, too! Nothing

Asisium is in a great spot in town. The breakfast wa solid with several options of a variety of things. Anna was super friendly and helpful. We stayed in the annex, which was 50 meters from the main building but actually worked out great. It was right next to the chapel built for St Francis's birthplace that also had a heck of a view. Shower was nice with good pressure and flow. Clean beds and fresh towels. Great little trattoria, Otello's, below us was very good, locals ate there. Good wine and pizza. I can't really think of a thing. The annex didn't have an elevator but we didn't mind a few stairs at all.

Beds were hard, the double was two mattresses pushed together, which isn’t bad, but there was no mattress pad or other device to keep the mattresses together so there was a pronounced divot in the middle of the bed. The shower head hadn’t been descaled in a minute, so half the nozzles were blocked with calcium scale.

Location great. Room great. Staff were no help whatsoever. Nearly rude sadly.

The quiet, comfortable room, and the nice, hot shower! The stairs in the room were a bit worrying at night but it was ok.

Breakfast included and excellent. Can ask for taxi through the staff if you want to go see places out of town. First night slight sewer smell; 2nd night was horrible and reported so 3rd night was alright! Otherwise a great and convenient hotel to stay. Stayed last August 2025 and came back again Feb 2026 for the 1 month veneration of the relics of St Francis. Centralized and convenient to walk and visit Basilica of St Claire, Family home of St Francis, Basiluca of San Rufino, St Carlo Acutis, Basilica of St Francis & surrounded by stores to shop. Brea No elevators. Sewer smell in the bathroom for the first 2 nights. Was fixed after reported, otherwise great hotel to stay while in Assisi

The parking lot was not easily accessible, and the hotel gives you a little discount (4 euros for a 28 euros charge for one day of parking). Plus, we were told the lot had escalators to bring you closer to the center of town, but the escalator is "permanently out of order." The hot water in the shower took a long time to get hot, and there is no elevator in the building, but the staff will carry the luggage for you.

Great location and informative and polite staff. No lift in hotel. Annexe was not as clean as the hotel. Amenities were not the same in both locations. Not a four star hotel.

Check in time was a little late. Not horrible, just about 30 minutes after the time on the website.

The staff was outstanding and extremely helpful on my travel needs. Location was soo perfect, easy to get around and connecting restaurant was fabulous!

The location was close to everything. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Be warned though, no elevator for those who can’t climb stairs.
