Great location near several churches and piazza.

Everything, very poor attention

A little bit dirty the room, and no hairdryer...its not comfortable to put all your belongings.....needs to improve the hygiene if preparing the rooms...

It was right in the middle of where everything is, a quiet comfortable stay and very comfortable room. The hot water ran out pretty quickly, and the Wifi did not work at all. But the place was really nice and comfortable.

The location is excellent. We got a very good view from our room. The sewer smell on the main lobby. The washroom is compact and with wet shower.

Location was good. There was no help available at the desk. Cleaning staff was also intake ( no English). No notice of WiFi availability and password.

Location - close to Camere Santa Chiara and Piazza del Commune. We arrived at 12:30pm; 2:30pm check-in. The hotel was locked, so we had to haul our luggage around Assisi for 2 hours. At check in, we discovered there was no elevator. The stairwell was tight and winding. Francesco, who checked us in, rudely commented that Americans bring too much luggage, implying that this is what we deserve. He couldn't assist us as he recently "hurt his back." He also advised us that breakfast is not in the building, it's 100 meters away. He gave us the name, and when we looked it up online the next morning (at a location outside the building-see below re: Wi-fi) to get walking directions, the site said the restaurant was closed. So, we didn't go, thus paying for a breakfast we didn't receive. We missed day 2 due to our touring schedule, our choice. On day 3, what GPS reported was a 3 minute walk took us 20 minutes. Very hard to find. When we arrived, the woman proprietor was outside having a cigarette and advised us she'd come inside in a few minutes. We ate our meal and when we started to leave the premises, she yelled after us to return. She told us we needed to pay our hotel bill here. I asked for a bill and she wrote a number on a piece of paper. No hotel stationery. My VISA receipt, thankfully, made me more comfortable with the unprofessional transaction. The shower in our room was filthy with black mold. There was no Wi-fi connection the entire duration of our stay. The air conditioning was shut down the third day of our stay. Thankfully, it was cool enough to open the lone window in our room. The window was a couple of feet over our heads, and I had to stand on a bed to reach it. View? Haha. Looked up toward the sky to see peak of Santa Chiara. Our friends' room had one roll of toilet paper. We had to give them some of ours. There was nobody to ask for supplies, as the front desk was not staffed. The pictures of this property on booking.com do not match the property.

It was a very convenient location for our stay in Assisi The location for breakfast was a distance from the rooms

The accommodation was in a great location. It is a very basic room with a bed and a bathroom. There was no information in the room not even a local map or info on where to go. It would have been helpful to tell us to park in the carport below Assisi with a map of how to reach the property.

No lift or elevator

Nothing to be like!! Everything. Bathroom was gross, bed was dirty, sheets were torn, toilet was dirty etc. Horrible breakfast.

Kind of compact even for EU standards. We were traveling with large suitcases (wedding trip) so not having an elevator and having to pull two large suitcases on a tight spiral staircase was not fun. The room and the restroom were also compact.

The hotel location and the view from my room were superb. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The lobby and the dining area from downstairs were always closed and empty. I couldn't even get a bottle of water. There were no staff members to ask for assistance.

Great location and clean comfortable room. The wifi didn’t work, I asked about it and got no reply.

Central No wifi other than reception area. Hot water and air con was turned off until repeatedly requested. Door was locked the whole time only with a phone number posted to call for someone to come to reception. Parking was public and had to pay separately.

Marta is amazing, she is pure joy The place is meters away from the parking Montajo - escalator Comfy and spacious the room, and the best toilet we had in Italy Room with a view from Chiara Church Stairs to the room, but this is everywhere in Italy anyway
