It was cold the first night. The heater was off but on our second night our room was warm from the radiator

Excellent location, close to S Chiara and S Rifini, not far from S Francesco. You will sleep surrounded by history. The owner will provide you with all the info you need. Breakfast is self service. If you have special needs inform the owner in time. More than one room on the property; if you are unlucky other guests can be noisy.

Very accommodating host, quick to reply and very helpful and flexible with arrangements. Room was very large, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning very efficient and quiet. Lovely to have a little roof terrace. Quiet but central location. Breakfast was a little bit basic, but functional. Would have been nice to maybe have a bit of fruit or maybe cheese.

The shower needed some repair. The bed was bouncy and noisy.

The location, very close to the centre of town. Our room was absolutely beautiful - Roman arch and mediaeval roof! Guiseppina was very helpful when we arrived. No air-conditioning in the room. Luckily it wasn't too hot but still difficult to sleep. Other rooms did have air-conditioning but due to the age of the walls within our room they couldn't install one.

Modern comforts, large room, outdoor patio, in a Medieval building with an ancient Roman arch! Owners were terrific in meeting our needs. Location right by Santa Chiara in the old section of beautiful Assisi. Nothing--it was great.

Fabio was a fantastic, friendly, and generous host! He met us at the apartment at check in, he left snacks and breakfast items for us for the duration of our stay, and he arranged the taxi to pick us up from the train station when we arrived. The location was perfect, the apartment was charming and full of history (even an original Roman arch!) and we will always consider it our home in Assisi! The fan offered to us didn’t work and the shower door didn’t close properly, so it always got the floor wet. But there were plenty of towels provided (enough for us to have clean towels to use and others to clean up the floor), and the apartment naturally stayed a very comfortable temperature, so if that’s all we have to complain about, that’s pretty darn good!

Central to everything, clean, host very helpful, good breakfast. Fantastic accommodation. Nothing not to like.

Great old building in a good location. Big room. Cold room.

Nothing to report. Breakfast was typical Italian breakfast we have come to expect with lots of packaged items.

The service here was exceptional. We had to book at the very last minute due to a hotel snafu. Fabio communicated contacted us within seconds of our booking and arranged details with us so that all was ready. He took my heavy bag up the steep stairs to our apartment and had everything ready for our breakfast. Breakfast in the apartment was generous - we couldn't eat it all and the location is superb. Fabio also booked our taxis for us for our return. Our apartment slept three and was very spacious, with a good sized, private terrace. Amazing value. There really isn't anything we didn't like.
