I have stayed at this hotel many times. Its main advantage is that the check-in time is counted from the moment of arrival, but not from 2PM, as is usually in hotels. If I arrived at 12AM, it means I can stay there until 12AM. This saves a lot of money. The rooms are huge, but need repair. It is impossible to open the window slightly, it can be only open completely.

The reception staff were good willing to help although they dont understand our language but google translate worked well, recommended Room was spacious. Mall next to the hotel has currency exchange and food court. Breakfast was same everyday not much in quantity but sufficient if you dont eat too much in breakfast. Coffee is paid so take extra care. No Muslim shower in the bathroom so need you to buy your own LOTA or a bottle will work.

The room was clean and big enough. The location was central. The breakfast was great!!!! There was a supermarket near to the hotel and there were many bus stations near to the hotel. The stuff couldn't speak english. Althougt we ask for the shuttle bus, finally we were using taxi for our moves to airport.

A simple hotel within walking distance from the new center of Astana (15 minutes walk to the Baiterek Monument). Large rooms with aircon. Furniture is quite old and broken. There is a market right next door where you can buy vegetables and fruits, and there is also an excellent and inexpensive grocery store across the house. Also, there you can buy shampoo and soap, because there are no normal ones in the shower room. By default there are no kettles in rooms, although it is written that they are in every room. I was told that you need to ask for a kettle specifically at the reception, but there are not enough of them for all the rooms, so you have to wait (I waited a couple of days). The main advantage of this hotel is that the time of stay is counted not from the "traditional" 12 or 2PM, but from the moment you check in. This is especially convenient if you arrive at night or early in the morning. Breakfasts in the hotel restaurant are just awful and tasteless.
