Location was good The drinking water in breakfast was free but when I asked for cold water they said you have pay for cold water, which is so bad.

Great location. New hotel. Awesome pool. Staff. The most useless staff I have encountered in a hotel. Do not expect they will try to make your stay comfortable.

Spa zone is really full, no space to step plus staff is not friendly at all.

I booked an executive suite which has a corner view of the city. The space is comfortable with the notable exception of the couch in the living room: it is more of a bench than a couch. Sometimes the staff sounds like they are more "reciting" what they have been trained to say to a guest and the result is that they speak so fast it is impossible to understand what they are saying :-) Overall though, the hotel personnel is very sweet, kind, and competent.

It was interesting, especially place with Kazakh national cuisine. Swimming pool with jacuzzi was great. It would be better if check in was at 12 pm

Comfortable beds and accommodating staff close to city center. The pool was closed.

The location it is very good, the staff absolutely excellent from the reception to the restaurant without forgetting the housekeeping team that we meet on the corridors. The bed 5 stars in comfort, it was my best sleep not in days or months but in years (but I’ll mention the pillows on the next point). I know most probably I could ask a pillow harder than the one I found on my bed, but could be available in the room one soft one hard

Exceptional Location, very friendly staff, especially Aygerim helped me a lot this time ? my room was very clean with good view, swimming pool and spa just a lifesaver. When visiting Astana my no 1 choice. All was good.
