Location and the room The hotel was not flexible with an early check-in despite having available rooms and I paid for the whole previous day (full price) however arrived at 5AM morning on my booked day. Since I was tired and wanted to check in to my room, I asked for at least to pay half of the price, since I arrived already on my day of booking. I live in Dubai and here hotels are more flexible and always give you an alternative way just to make you feel as a valuable guest. There was also a major technical issue overnight where all the lights in the room turned on and could not be switched off until 5:00 a.m., even by the hotel staff. As this affected multiple guests and resulted in a sleepless night, the hotel should have offered appropriate compensation or a complimentary gesture to all impacted guests.

We had an incredible overnight stay and felt exceptionally well looked after from start to finish. From the warm welcome and seamless check-in to a very generous room upgrade, everything exceeded our expectations. The room itself was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more special. The team truly went above and beyond for my birthday. From a thoughtful piece of cake delivered with our room service breakfast to a lovely gift received after the spa, every detail felt personal and genuinely appreciated. The amenities are outstanding, and we also thoroughly enjoyed the evening brunch at Mokki, which was fantastic. We would highly recommend this hotel. It has been one of our best stays in Astana. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

We celebrated my wife’s birthday at The Ritz-Carlton, and it was an extraordinary experience. Huge thanks to concierges Arman and Ayan, The Ritz-Carlton team for organizing a flawless Nezuko & Zenitsu themed evening. A highlight of the night was the live music: the Nezuko theme played on the Zhetigen (a traditional Kazakh instrument) — the vibe was simply magical and unique. The restaurant team also impressed us with a specially designed menu and complimentary birthday cocktails. Every detail, from the themed cake to the overall atmosphere, was perfect. Highly recommend this team for anyone looking for a truly personalized stay!

High-end hotel in Astana. Friendly English-speaking personnel. Excellent rooms, Olympic size swimming pool, great hamam and sauna, 24 hours fitness room. TV with CNN and BBC programs+ a number of programs in the different languages- italian, french, arabic, turkish, kazakh, russian...Phantastic location in the middle of the town. Shower and bath, high quality sleeping arrangements. And yes- Nescafe coffee-machine with 4-5 different types of coffee and unlimited amount of Turan water bottles. A great view from a room of great size. Will stay again.

I’m a frequent traveller and stopped at different hotels and I would like to say that Ritz-Carlton Astana is one of the best for its services, professionalism of the administration and staff. The rooms are big, cozy, very clean, modern. The prices are very nice. The restaurant and bar are also great. The atmosphere in the hotel is very friendly

Amazing all around. Just Ritz being Ritz. Everything you expect from luxurious experience and thensome! Aisan from the front desk was super kind and helpful. Darina, the manager, overheard that my son wanted a cupcake and in 15 minutes he had his snack. Senior Lounge Concierge Alina also sent a little book about dinosaurs for my son when they noticed that he liked to play with his dino toys. Amazing hospitality, impeccable attention to detail, and friendliest vibe you will ever get in the city. Recommend 10/10. It was one of the best holiday getaways we ever had.
