Only location! This is not a hotel! This is just rooms for rent. No breakfast, no room service… Nothing.

There was a problem with the shower drain and the water would not go down (went down very very slowly), so I could not take a proper shower during my four-day stay. This issue was never fixed during my time there. Since the hotel rooms are located up a steep flight of stairs, guests with heavy luggage should be prepared for this in advance.

Overall good place to sleep, friendly staff members. Were able to quickly respond and accommodate me. Very flexible. Outdated building, not super clean. Lock is old school, no elevator.

The room was large and spacious with plenty of space to spread out and repack if needed. You can't beat the location in Astana; right on the park where the majority of monument are located. Restaurants are close by, the family who runs the hotel are vey nice people and accommodating. It was a little taste of local hospitality and was very nice for a weary traveler. There was no elevator so you have to take the stairs, but luckily the proprietor lugged it up for me, which I greatly appreciated! There was miscommunication about providing/reserving a taxi for pick-up from the airport where I received a message saying they would do it, but then it wasn't done. After an hour of going back and forth on the messages I caught my own taxi, but since I didn't have the correct app for taxies/drivers (Yandex Go) I paid a lot more than necessary.

It has spacious rooms. Very good location. The breakfast is not as nice as many people claim, every item on the menu is cheap. The shower was almost broken. The service is poor and rude. The worst thing is the bedbugs. Photo attached

It feels like you’re visiting a remote relative, where you’ll be thoroughly taken care of, even though you rarely see each other. The property is lived in, which adds to this overall feeling. Owner’s hospitality outdid my every expectation. I welcomed hard mattresse and slim pillow, though some might find it uncomfortable. Out of the doors you find yourself inside the sightseeing brochure, everything is a few steps away.

The breakfast is good. The location is extremely centric, everything is at walking distance. It is family owned and the mum is really welcoming and sweet. Wifi was unstable and stopped working several times. Common spaces could be much more tidy. Blankets don’t fit the bed size (are smaller), and the bed’ comfortably is average
