Breakfast was poor

The location was awful, nothing around only old and small markets. Any view from the window, just the road and car horns. There are much better hotels even with lower price. Would never come back there

Wonderful staff! Each person I interacted with made me feel very welcome. They were very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests even when they didn’t have to. The room was exceptionally clean, probably among the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at. The location was great. They offer free breakfast, which they bring right into your room at a time you set at the reception desk! The food was of the Soviet or Post-Soviet type but much tastier than that—this has awakened some nice childhood memories and a sense of comfort and I enjoyed this throwback. I didn’t find this information before arriving and it took me a while to figure out on what side of the building you can enter (it’s the side that faces Prospekt Mangilik). It wasn’t very accessible either—my suitcase was super heavy and I had to drag it to the third floor with no elevator. I personally didn’t have a huge problem doing that but if you have mobility issues or just a lot of luggage and are traveling by yourself, take this into consideration. Other than that, it was amazing staying here.

Great stay at NCity!

Very friendly staff, great location, clean and breakfast comes to your room which is nice.

Breakfast is a simple room service tray, adequate. Staff very helpful. Location is good The exterior of the building suggests you should walk away on arrival. We ordered a balcony room but the balcony is more like a greenhouse with no opening windows

- Great location - Good value for money - New and clean - I can handle having no elevator, but elderly people or people with giant bags might struggle. - Door being locked after midnight during my arrival on a cold night in a foreign country wasn't too pleasant, as I had read comments that sometimes it takes a while for them to open up and let you in the building, but luckily in my case they opened in 30 seconds.

It was close to the center and everywhere. The place was cozy. However, the lavabo was not clean enough. Towels were not clean and had stains. The sink was not working properly. There was water leakage. I asked the lady but she did not understand either Turkish, or English.

Location. Baiterek tower and some restaurants nearby. Very accessible. NO AC AND VERY DUSTY ROOM VERY unapproachable old lady in the counter. My first day was a disaster. I arrived at 5am from a long flight tired and sleepy and ended up getting a room with a broken AC. That old lady (she said her name is Alma) on my 1st night was very very rude. She said she cannot help me with the AC problem coz its early in the morning. She told me she cannot even move me to another room coz the other room prices are higher. She was very rude. Was it my fault that the AC was broken? Why did they let someone booked the room when its not even ready? That room was not only has broken AC but very very dusty too. The table, chair, floor, window, everytjing was just so dusty. Theres even a lot of hair in my duvet. I dont even doubt that it was washed beforehand. Theres some ripped and broken pillow case too. The room looks good but the cleanlines was very bad. Alma was a very unfriendly old lady. She would even smirk and she doesnt seem to care about her job to assist customers. Very very bad customer service. When i went out they cleaned my room and left the window open!!! It was like 30 degress outside and NO AC and they opened my window. It was very hot when i came back and i was dripping wet with my own sweat. I couldnt sleep and rest at all. Another lady came the next day and she finally moved me to another room. She was nice (the skinny old lady) i told her i will checkout and get my money back if they wont transfer me. If i didnt argue they wouldnt actually care. Ive given them a day to fix the issue but they were being snobby so i had to argue with them. ALSO, please keep in mind that they have a HIDDEN CHARGES OF 5% rate. They said its coz im a tourist. Anyhow, i wont recommend the place. Theres still a lot of cheaper hotels nearby. Id like to thank the skinny old lady who transfer me to another room she was kind . Also thanks to the other old lady who helped me with my simcard, her and her russian guy friend assist me with my beeline internet.
