A wonderful and very comfortable stay. I booked the place from Canada through Booking for one night, and the experience was excellent in every way. The place is beautiful and quiet, with a lovely view, and everything is very well organized and extremely clean. I would also like to thank the receptionist who was on duty — she was very professional, kind, polite, and welcoming. I highly recommend staying at this place, and I will definitely stay here again.

Trouble finding in the hotel as there was no pointer on 2gis or Google map.

There is little to no privacy in the room. You can easily hear what the neighbours at the next door are doing (which means they can hear you as well). 10:00 Pm - 9:00 Am are quiet hours for the apartment, which is fine but this also means that we could hardly speak at night without worrying that we may wake up the neighbours! Another privacy issue! Biggest issue of all - We couldn't lock the bathroom door from the inside. On the very first day, it got stuck and the administrator had to call a sanitary engineer to open it, who in no uncertain terms stated that we shouldn't lock the door at all ! Yet again another privacy issue! There is no accessible kitchen, but they provide a mini refrigerator and microwave. Overall the apartment truly sucks when it comes to privacy! However, if you can get past these issues, it's a good apartment in an excellent location within the city. So would we go back to this apartment ? Most likely not, because we as a couple cherish our privacy, especially while on a vacation.

Best position to visit Astana. It is just one block away from Bayterek tower and bus stop to take bus to airport. There is also a commercial center nearby with food court. It was easy to find with informations given. From the window of the room i could see the top of Bayterek tower. The room was very big, clean and soundproof and bathroom was nice too. Wifi was good. Bed was very confortable. It is more a guest house than an hotel. There was a water tank to use for free in the corridor. The woman at the reception , who is sleeping in another room, was not speaking english but she was friendly and put me in contact by phone with another woman who was speaking good english and answered all my questions. Very good tradeoff between price/quality service It was not possible to pay by credit card. So i had to go to bank to change money.

A corner of peace in the heart of the capital. Practically in the city centre, a few steps from the Bayterek (visible from the window), rather easy to reach. The room is cozy, clean and comfortable. The owner was kind to us from the first moment and she was very helpful. Strongly recommended for stays of any length.

A clean room

This is not a hotel. It’s an apartment with two rooms used as “hotel” rooms. They also do not accept credit cards, we had to go find an atm to get cash to pay. Why are they allowed to advertise that they take cards?

Nice place to stay. Close to Bayterek tower. The hosts (owner and cleaning lady) were very nice, friendly and helpful.
