Good place to stay.
-
City view was amazing especially nights and location is close to Baiterek monument and Khan Shatyr centre is situated a few steps away from hostel.
-
The location is in the heart of everything. The place is clean and quiet. There is no help desk. No privacy for the bunkbed .

The location is good and the staff used to be good before. The managing lady was not friendly. She delayed my check-in, claiming it was crowded—even though the beds were empty. In reality, she was just drying the sheets on the beds and made me wait outside for two hours because of it. During my stay, she made me feel uncomfortable by constantly monitoring and correcting me: telling me where to put my shoes, reminding me to clean up, and asking me to talk to other guests instead of her (she doesn't speak English). This was despite the fact that I followed all the rules and even tried to help by communicating with other guests in English. The most surprising part came at the end of my stay. She tried to take my keys before check-out time, removed my sheets early, and clearly wanted me to leave before the agreed time. When I politely asked to stay just 30 more minutes in the common area to finish a work video call, she abruptly said, "No, pay more or leave."

Nice location, pretty much right in the center. Everything is pretty clean and comfy. Very helpful owner. The apartment is on 22nd floor, so the view out of the window is pretty good. Shared bathrooms are pretty busy in the morning.

Firstly it is location with an amazing view, and staff who was helpful.

The location is very perfect. Room and bathroom were super clean, super kind stuff I wanna come back one day

The staff lady was extremely rude and callous, did not accomodate my request to keep my bag in the hostel post checkout... When I asked a fellow travler to help me, she denied the fellow traveler from helping too. Not at all friendly, will never visit this hostel again!

Superb

The place is very well located, right next to Nurzhol Boulevard. The room is clean and spacious, there is no feeling of being cramped in it, the bathroom is external, large and comfortable. Poor knowledge of English by the host, without Russian or Kazakh it is difficult to communicate, there are no rooms with a separate bathroom.

I really liked this place, I recommend it to everyone, there is everything you need, a kitchen, a shower, and everything is nearby, such as a supermarket, a mall, all the sights are nearby. I especially liked the view from the window, it is simply very beautiful. Next time I will choose this hostel. Thank you very much. Nothing

The bathroom could use some work but was fine

very conveniently located nice view from the 22nd floor, large room could check in early after some discussion It is not really a hostel, but rather a shared flat/Airbnb. Would be good to change the flat's door lock to a code instead of a physical key to facilitate check-in and check-out. Currently, one depends on the availability of the owner to let you in/out. Together with a missing reception area, this makes it difficult to leave baggage before checking in or after checking out. So be aware of this before booking. Communication with the owner pre-arrival was a bit difficult. Bed very soft

Room kept very clean, great value for money.
