Breakfast is provided by the outsourcing canteen. They don’t care about service. The pay attention how much you eat. Never hotels calculated what you eat.

I liked the location, staff and the whole hotel concept We did not have hot water during our stay and my wife got a cold as a result of it. Also, we asked twice to have our room clean and it did not happen (maybe language barrier?). Also, I had to ask for towels and basic stuff like shampoo and toilet paper. The place has a lot of potential but they need to fix the cleaning piece and restocking basic items.

The staff was barely able to communicate in English. The position of the hotel is not really close to any point of interest in the city, but this is mainly due to the city itself: Astana has many, but distributed in a large area. If possible, try to arrange a taxi from the airport with the hotel before arriving, since taxi drivers will try to scam you.

Not clean everyday. When I have a problem they didn’t pick up the phone

I couldn't find a hair dryer and thought it was strange for an apartment hotel to not have one. The weather is very cold in Astana in winters so one needs to dry their hair before going out if they took a shower.

Reception was very friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Reasonable price as well. Thanks a lot for the great service!.

1. Central location 2. Small grocery store downstairs, several cafe places 1. No sound proof . Can hear laughs cross the wall next door. 2. No kitchen utensils in the room 3. No daily room cleaning

The rooms are very new, clean and modern. The location is quite central and close to city highlights. The heating was not switched on so the first night it was very cold. They provided electric heating for the 2nd night. There is construction going outside so it was loud.
