Отель намного выше ожиданий за свой бюджет. Номер большой, чистый, стафф оч приветливый и отзывчивый, локация удобная, завтрак оч хороший ( я ожидала 2 круассана и 2 йогурта). В общем, рекомендую и буду иметь в виду этот отель для будущих поездок.

The stuff was professional, pleasant, helpful , and super nice!!! Breakfast had a great variety of choices ( my favorite was turkey sausages). The only thing to complain about is the shower - poor pressure, the temperature switch hot/cold is super hard to adjust, it's pretty much impossible.

The following cons are a bit nitpicky, but still: The light switch layout in the rooms is illogical, feels like solving a puzzle each time you use it. The shower flow is a bit too weak. The AC control is a bit unintuitive, but we figured it out eventually

Very good location, good breakfast with variety of healthy food. The room didn’t have a mini fridge, but rather than that, everything was very good and comfortable

Clean & modern rooms. Friendly staff. Nice location if you come to Astana to visit exhibition or offices located close to MEGA shopping area. 20 min drive to the airport. A selection of food at breakfast was disappointing.

i liked the sofa bed, as it becomes a bed for 2. if you need to use the elevator, you need to use your room card in order to go down. but this is totally wrong, as in case of emergency, you must be able to use elevator without card for the G floor only.
