I appreciated the most their help in arranging car transfer from the train station and then onwards to the airport. But also the room was very comfortable and clean.

The room was clean。 The reception staff at the hotel were not proficient in English, which made communication difficult. Upon my arrival at 1am, I was tired and couldn't find the receptionist immediately. After waiting for 10 minutes, she appeared with an unfriendly expression. Another inconvenience I encountered was that my VISA card, which worked perfectly fine at other places, was not accepted at this hotel. Furthermore, the hotel only accepted payments in KZT and did not accept USD or EUR, which was inconvenient for me

The room was very small (it was quite difficult for me to unpack my suitcase), but it was very clean. There was no kettle in the room, you had to go to a common room to get hot water. There was no refrigerator in the room either, but you could use the common one (which seems not too hygienic to me).

Good small hotel for fare price. Lake check-in and very early check-uot is not a problem. Only 15 min from airport by car. Clean rooms.
