Location Receptionists, all of them, were sitting and watching ticktock and Instagram videos while having guests at reception. Pls check cameras and make a right managerial decision on this matter.

The hotel had a good location, close to the city centre. First of all, the door to the hotel room was difficult both to open and to close. But to the very serious part. During our stay, while my partner was in the shower, the glass shower door bursted and glass flew everywhere. She ended up with cuts all over her body and visited a hospital both in Astana, and also after getting back home. The staff at the hotel were generally unfriendly and reluctant to solve anything, they never asked how she was doing or said sorry, and they even tried putting blame on us. She even got a comment that it was sad that blood got on the towels. On top of this, the hotel neither had a sufficient first-aid kit or a doctor on duty. In the end, they paid back one day of costs and barely spoke to us. This is all absolutely unacceptable.
