Good breakfast Value for money? No Noise from a/c

Good value for money. Good room, confortable and clean. Common areas were not good, only a sofa in the reception. Breakfast, although varied can be improved with more bread and fresh foods.

It was a very nice property. The receptionist was extremely helpful and guided us throughout our stay. We arrived early, and they kindly kept our luggage and provided a map with nearby places to visit. Since we had an early flight, they also prepared a boxed breakfast for us. Overall, great service and hospitality! Nothing

Clean room, good mattress (was first time i slept comfortably), friendly staff.

They provide a bicycle for your use, which was a great bonus for getting around easily. Almost all the information was only in Kazakh and Russian, which made it a bit challenging for me as a non-speaker to understand certain instructions and details. That said, the staff did their best to ensure good communication!

Unfortunately, you can't take a shower comfortably. The shower head is very bad))

Very kind staff. We were able to check in an hour earlier and we were offered breakfast to go the next morning as we had to leave very early, which was very nice! No such thing.

I have left the electrical teeth brush in room, next day I called them if I can take it back , answer was it disappeared

Very nice hotel. Staff are so helpful, they have difficulty speaking in English but they will find ways to understand you. My requests are all granted, early breakfast since I will be picked too early and even during my early flight. Very helpful in giving you directions around the city. They clean my room daily. Replacing n filling the basics of the room. Though your standards might be different In my standard, I would highly recommend the Aykun hotel! A little bit far from city tourist spots. But you can get a cheap day or half city tour. I would recommend Mr Kadyrbek Nurlybekob +77785557780 for private tour. Very good in English For the Room if you are not deep sleeper...you might hear sounds outside. But for me I'm OK,..

Bed was comfortable. Restaurant staff were pleasant . Reception staff woeful. First day, guy checked me into the wrong room, and over- charged me. Went down to sorry it, found my receipt with all details still on reception desk. He found me a room but first had to check it was free/ clean. Had to go back to reception as he’d changed my key card to a different room came up with me and by the time I’d turned around he’d disappeared- no offer of help with luggage. Hadn’t caught new room number (room key hadn’t had this room number written on!) so down I went again! Next day, room key didn’t work so had to down more than one for them to sort it. Last day was the ‘best’- booked a transfer which, after 20 minutes past the agreed collection time I asked if it was coming the man on reception laughed! I ordered a Yandex which was there in 2 mins. I complained via booking.com messaging service but still haven’t been given manager’s details or the promised refund for the transfer to the airport.

Very nice service, very good quality, tasty breakfast and nice location The transfer from the airport that the hotel booked was a disaster. It must have been the fault of the taxi company - the transfer the other way round was perfect
