В целом все было отлично, единственное на ресепшн мне говорили, что два дня мне вдобавок забронировали, и когда на следующее утро хотела оплатить оставшиеся дни, мне сказали, что все занято и комнат не осталось - из-за чего пришлось переезжать в другой отель. Этот момент смутил, в остальном было отлично, думаю нужно улучшить донесение информации до моих клиентов, чтобы такое не повторялось

The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was amazing and the rooms were comfortable. A very good price value ratio, and the usual high service standard from Hilton.

Excellent hotel for business travel. It’s perfectly located in the center with a quick, straight drive to the airport (about 25-30min via taxi). Special thanks to Mussa and Dariga for being so accommodating with my early arrival and late departure. They even provided complimentary breakfasts which was a great gesture. I will definitely stay here again during my future business trips! N/a

1) Bar offerings should be diversified. No German or Belgian beer and cocktails were quite weak. 2) Confusing “complementary breakfast”: through the Booking.com we booked two rooms and selected breakfast to be included. However, a reception attendant said the breakfast for two of our children is not included, but then offered us to enjoy complementary breakfast. This sounded a bit condescendingly, and confusing. If there is an issue between booking.com and the hotel, it should be resolved.

This was my second stay and I love the location and the staff at the reception. Especially Alua, she is extremely professional, does her job with passion, and not only is she a receptionist but has hidden talents like being a luxury concierge, helping me find the right places while I visited first in the summer. This time around was winter and they offered to get me breakfast takeaway as I was leaving earlier, which was a nice touch. The room was very hot (outside was -28) and it felt cosy and comfortable. Thanks Alua and the reception team for making check-in and check-out process fast and friendly.
