Clean bathroom in the room and clean sheets Rude and unhelpful staff at the reception: 1) wi-fi pass was not provided at check in and I couldn't call the reception as there is no reception no in the room, so I had to get back to the reception, asking for it but when I asked to write down the wi-fi password the receptionist said she had no paper and I should memorize it. Unbelievable. Dusty room so that my nose was blocked. Breakfasts are too basic and I would rate them 2.5/5. The entrance is not accessible for those with wheel chairs, strollers or heavy luggage, only stairs. The area is under construction, so taxi can't stop there.

Worth every penny, great ambiance beautiful interior, friendly staff and very affordable. A bit further from the main center but value for money

I booked this hotel in advance, but at check-in they suddenly told me they don’t accept my card — only cash or local Kazakh bank cards. This was never mentioned before. Very inconvenient and unprofessional, I had to scramble to figure out how to pay. Would not book here again.

These things in particular were nice: * Great location. * Clean rooms. * I felt my belongings were safe. * Great breakfast and lunch. Breakfast was included and lunch was affordable. Both were served buffet-style. The food was very good and fueled me for the day. The restaurant itself was also nice. * Fast and spacious elevator. * The place looks stylish. I probably got the worst room, specifically: * There was a cold draft coming from the window. I actually caught a cold by my last day. * The shower and closet doors were in bad condition. * The toilet didn't flush properly. The water would drain, but waste would get stuck at the bottom. * A couple of times there was no hot water. * Too much clutter in the room. The nightstands were full of items I didn't need (a wooden box, an Apple charging station, a large lamp), leaving me no space to put my own things. * The porridge at the buffet was too sweet.

Didnt came to clean the room despite staying for 3 nights there.

Nothing to add here.

The hotel was pristine and comfortable. The staff were very helpful with any inquiries I had regarding the city of Astana. And the addition of the minibar is nice to have. Good WiFi, too. The breakfast for additional cost is simply not worth the extra €6—extremely uninspired food choices of mediocre preparation.

Decent location, not far from major attractions, a mall with Starbucks a few blocks away. Really loved the interior design! A lot of elements combined to create some kind of indescribable vibe, soft and warm. Patched rugs on the floors, artwork, fun lighting. It all is not crisp fresh, but it adds to the charm. Helpful staff, a very cozy cafe downstairs open till 1 am with good food for the price. I enjoyed the, I guess, the 'Emperor size' bed (more than 2.2 meters wide!) Breakfast could be (much) better, very limited choice: 2 kinds of sausage, 1 kind of cheese, 1 kind of eggs, porridge, tomatoes/cucumbers, some pastry, jam and that's pretty much it. Messy food station. Avoid the coffee! One day there was a pretty indifferent guy supervising the breakfast station. - There's no fruit drink! = Yeah, we've run out. - What are we going to do about it? What shall I drink? = Drink the water. Another thing — although generally clean, I found some hair and dust on the floor in my room. Since the cleaning is by request only, had to request one right away.

Quite nice hotel not far from downtown. Good price vs other similar hotels Room is too small. Good for 1-2 nights.

I like hotels interior, that hotel provides with bathroom cosmetics. Great TV, it’s nice that TV has smart apps. Great room service! Some staff wasn’t friendly (waiter in the restaurant for breakfast), receptionist on check-out day. Rooms are not perfectly clean, so many hairs were found in my bed. Bed sheets were not clean. Walls are very thin, so on my last day couple moved in to the neighboring room so I was happy to hear how both of them had fun… I think this hotel is a popular place for staying overnight for couples… which leaves disgusting impressions. I cannot say this hotel was cozy. Even though filtered water is available on every floor, I’m not sure how often they change it, since water taste was bad… Breakfast is poor…

Very nice room, wonderful staff, a great restaurant downstairs. A little far from the center, but taxis are really cheap in Astana, so not a big issue.
