The breakfast was satisfying and yummy. I especially appreciated that they accommodated my need to have very late check out. For my needs, the room, the location and the staff were perfect!

There are restaurants, stolovaya, and supermarkets nearby too. Staff are also very kind and helpful. After checking out I realized I had lost my wallet, but they kindly searched for it and kept it safe for me. nothing

Very helpful staff! I am really glad, that I have chosen this hotel. Been there with my son, doing some business nearby. Very nice, just cooked, breakfast, and again, very responsive and welcoming staff, replying all the questions, giving consultations/recommendations. Totally recommend concerning price/quality balance.

Bathroom need in renovation

The staff are very accommodating and ready to serve what you needed. The toilet lock is broken. Even though we're couples we still need privacy. The facilities need to be maintain fix and looks like to be use anytime.

Clean, light rooms, good and tasty breakfast, comfortable bed

The location is really convenient for travelers as it is not very far from the main city. The staff were very kind and helped us to do online food delivery. The breakfast was delicious. The room was warm and cosy. Overall it was a very comfortable stay at the hotel. Huge admiration to the lady with a short grey hair for making our stay more easy.☃️ We did not dislike anything at the hotel.

If I come to Astana again, I will stay in this hotel again. The room is comfortable. When I needed any additional items, the employees brought them to me immediately. The breakfast is not diverse, but nourishing. The location is good. McDonalds and supermarket with ATM are about 5-minute walk from the hotel. Bus stop is just nest to the entrance

Exceptional

The hotel is a little far away from the center but could be accessible by bus to any where. The hotel is within about 30 minutes walk distance to nur-sultan train station and I bought traffic card there. I can talk to reception staff via google translator and they are very warm and helpful and hotel pay good attention to security. The breakfast is simple but enough. It's more than the price I paid. I would like to stay with belon land hotel next time.

Staff is very helpful and service is very quick

Clean Beds were horrible. They pushed 2 twin beds together (which I’ve seen a lot of hotels do) but they were very different heights. It was comical to look at and uncomfortable to sleep on. We stayed for 5 days and they didn’t clean the room once. When we asked about why the room hadn’t been cleaned, they said that cleaning is done every 3 days upon client request (which they never told us). Upon check out, they asked us to pay 3000 tenge for stained towels (floor mats). All in all, it’s a cheap hotel so you get what you pay for but it’s pretty janky and I wouldn’t stay here again.
