The toilet seat was splattered with something, the walls in the room were covered in dark red stains that looked like blood, there were black fingerprints on the ceiling, the dresser door fell down twice (it was just hanging on), and overall, the room smelled terrible (despite the fact that there was a fine for smoking in the room). You demanded payment for the entire day, even though we didn't even spend 5 minutes in your hotel! This is appalling! No one should ever stay with you and live in such conditions! You have no conscience to demand payment for this disgusting behavior!

Very good breakfast, though coffee would have been better than tea. Or at least a choice. We brought our own coffee packets. The room was nice and cool, with the ac. Had to wait for someone to bring bedding and towels. Location of hotel was good for walking around the city. No water kettle. Needed to ask for one daily and return each time we used it. Had to unstop the shower drain before we used it. No chairs to sit on at table. Many stains on pillows and sheets not very white.
