I liked everything, it was lovely The language barrier, it was difficult to communicate. Again I was sent to the 4th floor which was challge.

The room size was just huge. And that's a major benefit. You can find several product shops near the hotel. The room was on the 6th floor with no elevator(!!!) Had to ask about the teapot, cups, plates, forks, spoons and knife - nothing of these were in the room.

I’ve arrived early in the morning at about 4 am and the administrator welcomed me with a smile. The only disadvantage that there was no water in the room.

Very quite location, nice and warm rooms, close to old railway station and "old" Astana. They also let me check in very-very late. Far from new Astana and new railway, very far from the airport. Difficult to get to centre, if you don't have local bank cards/apps. Taxis aren't expensive though.

Great value. A very inexpensive place to stay in the old part of Astana. Overall very clean, nice and comfortable, if basic. The staff were very friendly, especially the restaurant lady. Overall I was very pleased. Only one of two rooms had a mini fridge, which was not a big deal because we just used the available one. No elevator is a downside when you have to haul suitcases upstairs.

Cheap. Huge rooms. It felt like it was in the middle of nowhere. It was fine but not a very comfortable place to hang out. Needed taxis to get anywhere we wanted to go.

Very friendly and helpful staff. It has a little Cafe and mini bar. No elevator even at 6 floor. Our linens were dirty. Hair dryer was broken.

Very polite and helpful staff, received a delivery for me even before I checked in. Breakfast was included. All facilities were present and in good condition: shower, wifi, fresh sheets & towels, 24 hour access, nice view, AC- can't complain. There is no elevator- if you have a lot of baggage and you're on 6th floor- good luck ?

I don't really enjoyed stayed at the hotel due it location and hotel facilities. No lift, and very far from the city. No special attraction. No hotel lif. That is the most terrible and I stayed at the level six.
