Location and cleanliness . Staff is very friendly, Ummea at the front desk is very pleasant and efficient. Perfect arrangements with the exception of airport pick up, driver was a no show when I cam out at 12am. Staff had a packed breakfast for my 2:30am departure. Very thoughtful. Spotty WiFi. Arrangements made through hotel can only be paid in cash, US dollars. Also very picky about condition of bills, have to be perfect, preferably brand new. No coffee facility for morning. Breakfast and coffee were poor quality, hard to believe because coffee is generally excellent in Egypt.

Cheap place to stay for Nile cruise pickup. Very congested area, had to walk to it from a main road as taxi couldn't get there during the busy time.

The staff was helpful, the room and the entire hotel very clean, the location at walking distance from the station, next to a souk full of shops. The breakfast is good, although it could be more varied.

Excellent location, very near to the Aswan train station! Good showers. We stayed in rooms 306 and 316. Beds very comfortable and showers were great. Hotel reception spoke excellent English and was extremely helpful! Rooms a little small. Room 316 was right over the market and fridge was loud and seal was weak. Breakfast could have been better.

Professional lovely staff! Omnia and the gentleman at the reception were very helpful. They kindly brought a hairdryer and kettle. Also, the staff at the cafe&restaurant were also nice. Shower pressure and hot water were amazing. Breakfast could be improved. We wanted to have more types of hot meals.

Had a good stay at the cleopatra hotel. Nice friendly staff including omnia, behind the front desk.

Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t meet my expectations. I was really disappointed with my stay. The room was much smaller than what was shown in the photos, and the bed was not comfortable at all. I had booked for 5 nights but ended up leaving after the first night because I couldn’t stay any longer. The hotel is also located inside a very busy local market, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t meet my expectations.

We arrived to find we had 2 single beds. It the king bed we had booked, we don’t bother complaining about it as we were only there one night. Barking dogs at 4am - not the hotels fault though.

We had to leave at 8 AM, the breakfast was not servered until 7:30 AM. The staff were very slow.

Room furniture feels a bit dated.

Very comfortable bed and soft pillows. Large shower with strong water flow. Decent breakfast. Located on side street off the souq with no traffic, so quiet except for barking dogs, which I don’t think the hotel can do anything about. Wi-Fi was spotty.

Staffs are all so friendly and helpful. Location, to me, is also good, smack right next to the lively market. However, to others, that can be too hectic for the liking. Room is old. Sometimes, my shower only has hot water, which was a bit annoying. And breakfast is very limited.

Hotel was clean and no noise. Breakfast was not buffet but with fixed menu with limited items. There was no tooth brush, no water, no table tissue in the room, mini pack shampoo were provided but with the price Customer deserves better amenities.
