Everything about this hotel is exceptional. The staff, view, rooms, meals and amenities are all at the highest level.

Terrible communication with staff. Most of them don't speak English. Dinner took 2:30 hours. Too long. I ordered champagne and it was out of temperature. I asked for a bucket of ice and no one knew how to prepare it properly. I had to get up, go to the kitchen and prepare it myself. Unbelievable.

Good view when the weather is good. The service of their staff is excellent. It was hard for us to find the entrance when we drove to the hotel. Google map showed an incorrect route. Besides, many insects fell into the onsen at night but there wasn’t any tool provided in the room for removing the insects.
