Atami New Fujiya Hotel

Decent price. The staff were friendly. The Onsen was amazing. The food wasn't very good. The rooms were very dated and not the best cleaned. The entire property was difficult to get around as an English speaker, but the amazing staff tried their hardest.

I accidently spill hot tea on the bathroom floor and it smelt like Pee. i boiled two pot of hot water to boil water and pour it on the bathroom floor . it smelt bad with pee. so bad I made another hot pot of water and pour it on the floor. the next day i pot 2 pots of hot water and it smelt a litter, they need to sanitize the bathrom floor more often. I love the hotel and in the future i will repeated the same thing when I come to this hotel.

A spacious hotel rooms with big tv connected to wifi. Just a few steps from hotel to Atami Ginza shopping street and restaurants

Great place to relax…onsen number one!!! There’s nothing to dislike!

No I don’t like Room

This is a great hotel. It is a 5 minute walk away from the beach. They have a convenient parking lot, close to the hotel, so if you're visiting Atami by car, I highly recommend this hotel. My room was huge, and could occupy four people! There's a great Ramen shop next to the hotel, and the burger place nearby is also good.

Facilities are so run down it should be rated one star. Water damage in ceilings and walls, old dirty carpeting, and wallpaper peeling

Exceptional

No The breakfast and diner is just OK. The building and room is very old. No Parking onsite.

Location OK, food OK, so-so, happy crowds Bathtub was dirty, caked dirt, leaking water, toilet was bad, when you sat on toilet cover hit your back, cockroaches

Buffet choices for dinner and breakfast. Many facilities Near to many top locations around Very outdated design and rooms feel like they’re 1960s Not very clean and felt claustrophobic Quantity over quality, too many people , baths were overloaded. Felt like a spa club Although good location, situated in an awkward spot to walk around

I prefer use the new furnishing at room clean and shinny bath room at least put the free watter at refrigerator put the towel more in room The break fast was not western, Coffe was not good quality, onsen was not enough clean, shower room and toilet was so old ,. room smelt was aufull

Grand in size, has multiple entertainment, offer shuttle from and to the station. Dinner was good. Outdoor onsen’s nice too and green yukata goes well with the coat Sticky stain on room table, slow or no response. Also I was forced to sit with other ppl at both dinner and breakfast while everyone else has their own table.

Disappointing

Buffet dinner Buffet breakfast The only thing going on for this hotel is the half-board . Without it no one would stay here. It looks like it's been on the decline for the past 30 years. They also wouldn't keep our suitcase past 12 noon

The ventilation fan in toilet is not functioning. The light is no control system, one light is not functioning.

Location was good Smelled like a sewer. Very over priced
