Breakfast was good. Dinner was fantastic. The room view, the rooftop view, were spectacular. Everything looked new and clean. nothing

We got the Mon Suite. The room was huge for the 3 of us! It was clean and very spacious, it has everything we need and more. I like that it is children friendly. We love the private bath, dinner, and the staff. The views isn't too bad either! Location is far from tourist attractions. However, we planned to stay on the hotel and relax, so location wasn't a factor for us. Also, no store on site or around the area so do get your snacks and drinks before arriving.

We loved the location, situated up in the mountains. Fantastic view and wonderful dinner. Excellent service from staff. Felt very pampered. Breakfast was Japanese abd there was no choice. Could have been better with some fruits.

The pickup staff was very kindly and helpful. The best part was the private onsen, good price for good space to enjoy the hot bath. Sorry there is a lot to improve the service. The position is really far and not convenient, especially if you didn't book the restaurant before your arrival. You'll not find anything around where you can have dinner, cause almost of the small restaurant is quite far and basically busy. We had to order pizza by delivery and you can get only that kind of pizza cause Uber cannot reach the place. Forget about the view, we got a backside room and it was really weird. Room is so cold, cause is quite huge but only one small air-conditioning. I'm so sorry to say but the price is not working.

beautiful view of the sea, nice room and onsen. the breakfast was really good too plus the staff are friendly and welcoming. but the view man, that seals the deal. hmm, I guess for this view it has to be up on a mountain. i didn’t enjoy that there was nothing up there because I needed dinner when I arrived but there was nothing to eat.

Very new 、chean and modern Japanese style hot spring hotel. We have been to many star-rated hotels in Japan, and the first time we encountered a hot spring hotel that did not prepare socks for the guests, it was a little flawed. I hope to improve and bring convenience to guests in the future.

I liked the modern look of the hotel. It was a rainy day when we checked in, but the staff were very accommodating with our parking and luggages. The onsen was very relaxing and had a nice view of the ocean. We specifically liked that they had a ping-pong table freely available for play! Breakfast was also good. There was only one elevator so the wait is a little longer. You will have to take the stairs if you are in a hurry.
