Good location and happy hour with variety of drinks. We walk to the hotel from train station with a bunch of luggage - that is somewhat stressful. One should bring less luggage or hire a taxi to get there.

Location is great, literally 10 minutes walk to the kinomiya shrine which was so beautiful and 5 minutes from atami station The food was average

It'd be good to consider to put written English information about the government tax + onsen tax in front desk so it wouldn't be too confusing for guests who aren't too fluent in Japanese

Price is reasonable Location is good but first time was difficult to find the entrance I went down cliff side ending up had around back long way! Second day found it’s actually easy to walk from station ! Dinner and breakfast both were over crowded and people burned their fishes too much smoke has been full of dining room

The facility and staff were excellent. Great service. Overall the cost when compared to other onsen's I have visited in area was a bit high for the same type of facilities.

It's down the hill from the train station, though you can get a ride after 08 in the morning. Buffet dinner is good, though was very crowded when I went.

The hotel has a foreign English speaking staff. He is very friendly and helpful. Especially he can clearly guide me to the carpark and how to use the shortcut to come back to the hotel. He also brief me the check-in details which is very clear. The hotel also has shuttle van to transfer hotel guest to the carpark. Although the hotel is not next to the beach, it only takes 5-10 minutes walk to the beach to watch fireworks. The hotel location is more near to the train station and the shopping street, which is very good. Many restaurants nearby. Breakfast is good. You can make your own sashimi rice bowl. Very delicious. The room is big with sea view. None

The Location is easy to find, the staff are very kind, the food are delicious, the onsen is beautiful too and the beds and rooms, toilets are clean?

The only perk of this hotel is that it is close to Sun Beach. Lights in the room are very dim. Mirrors positioned way too far away for women to do their make-up. No towels provided in the public bath area. Food is of low quality for half-board.

The food was amazing and I had a lovely view over the beach and the city of Atami. Location was excellent too - only 10 min walk from the station but they still offer a shuttle bus. It's only 5 min walk from the beach too and there's a shop right next door. The staff was very friendly and helpful - I had trouble with the onsen payment and the lady at the reception was really nice. Also when the restaurant wasn't too busy the attendant would go around offering to take photos of the diners. It wasn't very clean. The hotel had been closed for renovations recently and I could see that the tatami and most of the carpet were new, but the curtains were still old and the place was dusty. There was a sticky patch on the table and dust on top of the toilet cover, obvious places really. I think I might have left the room cleaner than I found it.

A really nice big onsen hotel with good buffet food and nice public spaces around lobby. I really enjoyed my stay. With the hotel being full, it was a bit crowded at breakfast. But everyone was civil so you just had to tolerate the crowds. Other than that it was great!

Great location just a 5 minute walk from Atami Station and overlooking the ocean. Friendly staff. Amazing selection of food at breakfast. Lots of useful amenities such as laundry machines. Several different types of baths.

Great selection of breakfast and dinner buffet. Spacious and spotless room. Nice view to the beach in the dining area. Japanese style room give a great and special experience.
