Loved everything about this accommodation. Very modern, beautiful, comfortable and clean! Absolutely nothing!

The hotel is in a great location close to food, shops, and sites . It’s on a side street, so not a lot of outside noise. We arrived around 8 AM so they held our luggage and contacted us about 2 to 3 hours later letting us know the room was ready, which was fantastic. When we arrived back, our luggage had been placed in our room. The staff was extremely helpful and very nice. They arranged our airport transfers. Nothing.

The bed linens are clean and comfortable. The bed is comfortable. The shower is very convenient and comfortable to use. There is always hot water available. For anyone who wants to stay in a central location close to interesting attractions and amenities, the location is excellent. The service was rather impersonal and transactional. Interactions were limited to simple questions and answers, with no effort to engage in conversation or offer recommendations about the area. A very important issue, which was not mentioned anywhere on the hotel's website, on Booking.com, or in any correspondence with the hotel, is that there is a major construction project taking place directly across from the hotel. The buildings are extremely close to each other, so the construction is literally right outside the room windows. The noise was significant throughout our stay. On Saturday morning, construction noise and hammering started as early as 7:00 AM. At night, there were trucks and construction-related noise until around 11:00 PM. Since the project is still in the very early stages of construction, it is clear that the disruption is likely to continue for quite some time. The receptionist told us that construction work only takes place between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, but this was not consistent with what we actually experienced. This was a major drawback for us and had a significant negative impact on our stay. Had we been informed about the construction in advance, we could have made a more informed decision before booking.

Location was great for my husband and me. Not too far from all the goings on, but just enough to be out of the fray and crowds. George and Hercules-were the greatest hosts. Personable, attentive and gave us so many great suggestions, helped us with all our transfers. We felt like family! There isn’t much not to like here. It’s quaint with beautiful views and close to it all!

Location and nice staff.

Great location! Loved being close enough to the sights without being on a busy/loud street. Cute little place! Great front desk staff too! Super friendly and helpful. The hotel was smaller than I anticipated based on the photos but we still enjoyed our stay.

the sheer window curtains meant ppl could see in but the blackout curtains meant no sunlight so no good solution.

The lady that checked us in was super helpful, I wish I asked for her name. She told us all the spots we need to hit as well as best times and what to do and when. Thank you very much, you made our stay in Athens unforgettable!

Location. Clean. Modern. Comfortable. Great friendly staff.

This is probably one of the most modern and updated hotels in Athens. We loved the keypad entry for both the main door and the room door. We also like how it’s more tucked away in an alley yet still being really close to the main street. They also have a smart TV!

The location was excellent, we walked everywhere. However, the metro, trams and taxis are all close. The staff, especially Anna were so helpful and kind. We had a very nice, clean modern room with a big balcony. Biggest surprise was how quiet it was, making it a peaceful stay. Nothing.

This is a group of residence-like units, in a modern building, off an alley near a central hub of the city. The unit was very modern, very clean, and had all the amenities. But this is not a hotel in the traditional sense. We stayed for one night as a transitional stay between other activities, and for this purpose this accommodation was great. If staying for multiple days, I would probably pick a slightly different location ... but this location is not bad. There was nothing that we didn't like, it's just that some of our other accommodations in Athens were better, and they were at a similar price point.

Great option in a great location in Athens walkable to all main attractions. Easy entry and exit.

The location was superb! Anna was a wonderful hostess, who was very informative. The room was large. The views from the windows is a run down alleyway. I could have used a small table with a chair.
