Airotel Parthenon

The location is good. Breakfast was good and staff was efficient and courteous. The bedrooms are bit dated and too bright for that sunny summer days. 5 AM and light right into your eyes. Rooms really need dark curtains. Overall it is good hotel Rooms needs to be update. Queen bed need one one queen mattress, not join two. But these things were not deal breaker for us.

Great location. Close to entrance to Acropolis, Plaka, Museum, lots of restaurants, subway. Staff friendly and breakfast nicely appointed. For this we give it high marks. Property is dated….like 70s dated. It looks the same as it did when we stayed there in the early 90’s.

Beautiful lobby and well kept facilities. We did have an issue with our bathroom drain, when taking a shower the floor would flood if we went back to back showers. They were quick showers at that. But the included breakfast was awesome, the staff was amazing.

Very good location for seeing the main sites. Very nice breakfast. Clean comfortable room. A little hard to find as it is on a side street.

Location was perfect we only had one afternoon in Athens so this location allow us to see some of the most sights in walking distance of hotel right in the middle of everything. Breakfast was excellent No really a dislike but It was just a bit small and outdated but it worked for us since we only stayed a night

Breakfast was amazing! We were nervous about it being small but it was quite classy and staff were very nice! Rooms were small but you don’t need a big room when there is so much to see in such a short walk from the hotel!

The location is amazing! It's such a short walk to the Acropolis and near numerous shops and restaurants. The rooms and hallways were very dated.

Great location, delicious breakfast, and nice staff

Location is perfect for the Acropolis, the museum, and walking to the Platka for shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was VERY good! It’s older - in great shape inside. It’s not really a critique as they have kept it up very well - it’s just an old hotel. That said, it was well worth it!

The staff was very helpful in getting around the area. The breakfast was always good. Our location near the Parthenon was awesome. Central to the city, easy to get around.

The location is right near the airport and not far from old town and the port and shoreline. It’s a block from a supermarket, which was handy because we stayed four nights. It has a nice big lobby. We are a couple and we had a room with a small double bed and two twin beds. The double was too small for us but softer. We chose the twins but they were quite hard. Also the beds were only partly made up. They had a bottom sheet and another sheet folded and left sitting on top of the thin bedspread for us to make the beds. After we mentioned that the next day they actually made our beds.

Breakfast was above average and the staff was very professional and helpful. Unfortunately the carpet was in the worst shape, filthy and tattered. The bed was just as bad, worn out cheap mattress was horrible. Overall it should be a two star hotel not a four Location
