The staff are so friendly specially Mr. Demetri, the location close to everything. Sound isolation needed to the rooms.

Friendly , location and balcony The shower had a half glass - I don’t understand why they aren’t fully enclosed so the entire bathroom doesn’t get wet. Even a shower curtain would be better than a silly half glass shower wall

The room (suit) was bad furniture [ broken] room smell baddie shower slabbering and many Ant ?. The only Advantage is the location but not worth the price.

Great central location, in between Ermou and Mitropoleos Streets. The staff were nice and helpful. Very easy access to bakeries, restaurants, retail stores, Syntagma Square. Presidential Suite Terrace was a nice extra. Updated bathroom was nice. Beds were good. Small fridge worked well. Bells at Cathedral very close and kept waking us up/kept us awake. There was a chair on terrace that needed to be replaced or repaired. Room safe wasn’t easy to work. Fridge was too small. Lift was much too small. Property doesn’t offer breakfast.

Great staff, super accommodating and a fantastic location

Location The staff were very friendly, but the accommodation did not match the 4‑star rating shown on Booking.com. The property is a building converted into rooms, and the room had several issues: burned out bulbs that left half the room dark, a bathroom door that couldn’t be closed, and significant noise from both outside and inside the hotel. The room also required a deep cleaning, which affected overall comfort. I hope management addresses these concerns and updates the listing to reflect the actual conditions.

Added breakfast

Everything feels so new, well-maintained, and sparkling clean. Both the room and the bathroom are wonderfully spacious. In the room I stayed in, there was a large balcony - the perfect spot to start the morning and unwind at the end of the day. Plus, there’s an elevator to the upper floors, which is very convenient. The location is superb, right in the heart of the action, yet surprisingly quiet at night (the places downstairs close around 11 or 12 PM). And of course, your wonderful staff: the lovely Dimitri, who waited for me so patiently for check-in at midnight after my flight was delayed and turned out to be a great person to talk to. And the amazing Katerina, who helped me so much during check-out - a huge thank you to both of you. You are a true asset to this place! If I'm being picky about a ״negative״ - the room could be darker. But since I'm someone who needs a complete blackout to sleep, most people will find it more than adequate

Great location, clean and stylish rooms, helpful staff, and a very pleasant overall atmosphere. The bathroom door was faulty and quite difficult to open and close, which was inconvenient during our stay.

Katerina, was superb. Very knowledgable and very helpful. A true asset to the hotel.

Everything Nothing

The hotel was in the center of the tourist hub. Walkable to all tourist activities and attractions. I can see the whole view of the Acropolis in my bedroom and porch. See picture taken in my room porch The staff Dmitri and Katerina were very accommodating and assisted us in the best of their knowledge and abilities None.

The location was great, close to metro stops and great restaurants, bars, and shopping. The room was comfortable and the view was amazing. No criticisms.

Accommodation’s location is perfect. Close to everything. Soundproofing very good, did not hear the people eating at Restaurants. For the Room, space is decent. Only comment is the free drinking water in the room is not refilled everyday. Guests would need to ask.

-The location could not been more perfect, 20 minute walk max to all major attractions and great restaurants and a wine bar right outside the front door -bed was super comfortable -shower was great -view was out of this world -excellent soundproofing on windows, no street noise when closed -air conditioning worked -hotel staff was super friendly and helpful and helped us arrange an honest taxi for a very early airport departure -heads up no conditioner provided bring your own (soap and shampoo provided) -no washcloths provided -elevator noise was a little annoying if in the room during the day (we were room 601) but I had no trouble falling or staying asleep -weirdly halfway through our stay housekeeping switched our bedding from fitted sheet/top sheet/quilt system to a fitted sheet/duvet with cover (no top sheet) system...no idea why as we didn't ask for a swap but we didn't mind either way.
