The best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had.

I liked the reception in the morning the lady was very nice and kind and the hair salon with Mary it was exceptional ! I didn’t like that there was no water to drink in the room (even though we booked the master suite) they said the policy of the hotel is to take some empty bottles that they provide and fill them up from a corridor’s cooler located far from our room .

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, the facilities were very good. I would much prefer a overlay sheet on the bed, rather than the light duvet. The duvet was very hot even with the air-conditioning on. Had I turned the air conditioning fully on, I would have gotten a stiff neck. With the air conditioning off, the room was rather hot at night.

Great location, excellent breakfast. Room was very clean , upscale. Would have liked a double bd instead of joining two twin beds.

The location was central. Breakfast, room and gym were good. The TV was placed in an awkward suspended position in the room. Felt like I was going to hit my head on it as I walked by.

Friendly staff. Convenient location, a large and clean room, and a delicious breakfast.

There was an electricity outage one night.

Everything was wonderful—from the spotless rooms and modern amenities to the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The overall atmosphere and service were top-notch. The only minor issue was the street noise. It can get a bit loud due to the traffic, so I wouldn’t recommend sleeping with the windows open if you are a light sleeper.

Breakfast was amazing. Variety allowed us to choose what we like. Service was splendid. The staff served with smile and made us very comfortable. More prominent sign of the name of the hotel will be helpful. We walked from the train station and had trouble locating it while standing very close to it

I really enjoyed my stay this hotel. The room was spacious, and our personal balcony was large. Most importantly, the room was very quiet. I am a light sleeper, and not once was my sleep disturbed by outside noise. On top of that, the breakfast was stellar, so many delicious choices every morning to sustain us throughout the day. In fact, the breakfast was so good and bountiful that we usually skipped lunch. The only thing that could have been better is the location. The hotel is a bit far from the main tourist sites. Due to the distance coupled with the heat, it was typically too far to walk, so we took taxis.

The staff was unbelievably accommodating and helpful, suggesting alternatives and organizing my choices even before they were formulated in my head! From the concierge to the people in the restaurant, everyone was impeccable! The restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The decoration and the setting in general was very warm and welcoming and the breakfast was excellent! Maybe it wasn’t as clean as I expected it to be, but then again maybe that has to do with my standards. It gets a 4/5 in cleanliness.

Basic hotel but away from down town. It was clean and staff wasn’t too helpful. It wasn’t near anything and we had to take a taxi everywhere

The staff who checked us in was amazing! very helpful with basic hotel information and he gave us great restaurant recommendations! The breakfast was great too. The room was very nice with a spacious bathroom. The room gets a little stale smelling when the A/C is off. And there were 3 USB charging ports in the room but none of them worked. Also kind of unusual that the hair dryer is in the bedroom not the bathroom.
