Worst of all , Wi-Fi doesn’t or lost internet connections in the room. Have to go to the lounge to have connection.

This was four stars 30 years ago, not anymore. Breakfast was awful, all bread and pastries and powdered eggs without fruit.

The location is great, the metro station is quite near - two stops from the centre of Athens. It is safe and quiet area I wouldn't rate this hotel as 4*. Room was spacious but it needs refurbishing. The breakfast was very poor in my opinion. I was very disappointed.

The elevator was really tiny for a claustrophobic person like me it was very difficult remaining in the elevator for a long time. Sometimes the door would get jammed so that was a little nerve wracking but thats the only thing wrong.

The hotel was very clean and well kept, which made my stay comfortable. What stood out most was the receptionist — she was friendly, pretty, and such a great conversationalist. Since she was the first person I met when arriving in Greece, she gave me such a positive impression of the country and set the tone for the rest of my trip. —

The Best Western was average at best and doesn’t justify its 4-star rating — it feels more like a 2.5-star hotel. The room furniture is outdated, the elevator only fits two people, and the lobby furniture is worn and needs replacing. On the bright side, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very helpful. Overall, the hotel is in serious need of renovations.

Nothing at all Very old furniture, rude staff who can’t afford any help or solve a problem, full of insects on mattress, it was a horrible night I check in 1 am and check out at 9:30 in the morning

not a thing everything that the hotel advertised as services for the disabled handicap we’re not at that hotel, which made us stay there very difficult for my husband
