The jacuzzi bathtub on the balcony was in full view of many apartments and adjacent to another bathtub for the unit next to us separated by a bamboo curtain.

The shower had good pressure and the location is good, but unfortunately the good things about this hotel ends here. We had a horrible time at this hotel. A loud, disruptive noise, like a whittle, from a nearby restaurant fan, as described by the front desk staff, started at nearly 12:50a.m. and went on for hours (very loud until 2:30 am, and little softer, but still there, until 6 am). What’s worse is the staff told us that they knew this was a problem but sold us the room anyway, with no warning . We escalated it right away. They didn’t help or move us to a different room. They simply told us to try turing off the AC to see if the noise would be better- not sure how, if it was not related, but we tried- they said we had to wait until the noise stops. Management was equally unhelpful, never reaching out to address the issue or even apologize. We paid for a night's rest and got a sleepless night of frustration instead. I submitted a formal complaint and a request for refund. I have not heard back. I’ll keep this review updated on how they will close this. Avoid this place at all costs.

Any hotel in this area is noisy and you need ear plugs. The ac wasn’t working well but they couldn’t fix it because it was a weekend.

Small things, room was looking backyard and it was dark. There was a coffee machine but a kettle would have been better. There is no lobby but the cafe on the ground level.

Very central location. A/C did not work while we were there. They could not even attempt to fix it until the day after we left. Also, the spa/sauna was closed for cleaning during the time we were there. Check-in process (in restaurant) is very odd, but OK.

Great location. Historical building. Friendly staff. It’s a very small boutique hotel, so expect a quiet low key stay, rather than a big bustling luxury hotel.
